Yeay bandung is my state capital . Our cuisine is influenced by Arab/India, China,and Dutch (thanks to being trade road and colonialism 😂) so a must try is rendang, capcay, mie ayam pangsit, and beef smoor (semur daging) . Also try the seafood, Indonesia (South east Asia) literally Mediterranean of the east
