Had you been following traffic laws, the truck gave you ample time to slow and no collision would've occurred. They have to meet all markets legal requirements for every country its sold in,for the lighting and signals. So it always comes out as sorta a "blob". After market will get it all sorted shortly.
I got to try this bike a a demo day a couple weeks back and on paper its great, I just wasn't a fan of the ergonomics. What's not mentioned here is the bike has a slightly awkward forward squat that feels like it can't decide between being a naked or a sport bike for riding position, and the handlebars and grips are funky. It's really subtle but suzuki has flared grips that I believe are meant to be palm swells, and a slightly down and forward rake to the handlebars that twist your wrists out... I personally couldn't get used to it. I prefer more straight and level bars, more of a traditional naked or ADV position. Everything about the bike just feels like it can't decide what it wants to be, or who would be comfortable on it.

To be honest, the truck was not at fault for your riding. The speed limit was 35, and you were just doing 67 a few seconds prior. Had you been following traffic laws, the truck gave you ample time to slow and no collision would've occurred. I'm a huge fan of yours, but this is my biggest pet peeve with the motorcycle industry as a whole. It's YOUR responsibility here to follow traffic laws. If you don't follow the traffic laws.

How to tail tidy this?
Can't be a better twin engine than the z900...awesome bike thou I'm really thinking about getting one...but hoping kawi coming up with a street z900 or 800....1000sx is too heavy...
I have hard time to like the front it just running everything else that does look good.
Besides the rear end the design is nice, the tank lines up with the headlight it's nice
They have to meet all markets legal requirements for every country its sold in,for the lighting and signals. So it always comes out as sorta a "blob". After market will get it all sorted shortly.
@moorepower13 I don't mean the tail lights, I mean the black bludge under the trellis frame, looks terrible where they shoved in all the electronics
@@radicalkonrad765 ah I hear ya. I think it's part of the airbox too.
Sadly I was looking for one of these and ended up getting a Monster+ instead lol
That's a pretty bike.
How tall are you?

Even thou the MT07 is made in my country, i'll still chose the S8 😅
Ideal section:
First bike - DRZ400SM
Second bike - GSX8S
I own this bike now & I always use the A mode.. MT07 is obsolete.
Yowza. I’m in love. 😍
OMG I also called it the Gixeightis 😂
You should totally see if they got a Katana for you to try!
