Hi all - I know this video is echo-y. We are WELL aware of the sound quality. But desperate times! We wanted to just get these up for you. In all future videos, Chris WILL be wearing a microphone. But when you are doing videos long-distance, you do the best you can! However this will be improving. We are working on it. xoxo

I am an adult beginner and I love this one, too! THANKS SO MUCH, again!! SOOOO APPRECIATIVE! If you (or your boyfriend) ever want to do this one again( hahaha-like you're probably not taking special requests ;)) I LOVE it when you do both sides (so I don't have to rewind) --even if it means less exercises per video. You two (well, three--the other dancer) are AWESOME.!

Who is "Christopher Sellars former soloist at Ballet West and Principle faculty at Ballet West Academy"?
I only know "Christopher Sellars also known as Kathryn Morgans boyfriend".
Sorry, had to make that joke... again. I'll stop now 🙊

Also, no disrespect to Christopher, his achievements and titles. I "only" know him as Kathryn's boyfriend and I thought it was so cute how he introduced himself in the first ballet workout video 😅

Thank you three. Such beautiful technique & teaching. We are SO LUCKY! The music is gorgeous. I realise I lean too much towards the barre :/ I am sure I was never corrected when training, hence my poor technique as a student dancer, unlike Ella obviously who is perfectly straight. The reverence is a welcome bonus - @Katie pls tell Chris we love to see him dance!!!

Thank you for this! I’ve been working on balance lately and started to see improvement so I figured I’d watch this to top off everything. It was so helpful! I feel a lot better in passé balances and I actually held an attitude balance longer than I’ve been able to before😄🩰. I’ll be using this the next couple weeks for my warmup and I think it’ll be super beneficial💛💛💛

I LOVE this! Can you make an edit or just a comment with the timestamps of the start of each exercise though? It would be much easier to follow along and do this bar!

This helped my balances A LOT. Particularly the visualisation for balancing in passe! Can you give a visualisation for balancing in coupe releve derriere?

I'll be attempting a few of these exercises (I can't do a lot of them just yet. Working on physical therapy) so a few of these are very similar to my basic exercises. :) Very Cool
Oh and yes, I have permission to build onto the exercises I have already. Just have to be able to do them properly is all.

Absolutely wonderful - thank you for putting this together! :) i do need to make a comment about the sound quality though - the echo is not helping. Could anything be done about it in the next video with Chris please?

Dear Christopher, your voice is echoing, so much, that is very hard to understand what you say!
