    i’m still in middle school. but because of genetics i have two forms of high cholesterol. i’m struggling mentally and physically. it’s so hard for me to find foods that i can eat now, so i thank you for this

    Although egg yolks do have dietary cholesterol in them they have minerals in them which actually help lower your cholesterol and you should go ahead and eat them. The dietary cholesterol in them won’t have a significant impact on your cholesterol.

      Do you eat chicken? Cheese? Seafood? Cholesterol is in many animal products, so avoiding red meat isn't enough if your high.

    Your smoothie is not healthy at all. It's all sugar!! Butter and eggs are good for you.

      +yesi rivera but cholesterol is good for you. You need it for so many things. The amount of cholesterol that your body produces doesn't even compare to the cholesterol you get from eggs. Cholesterol has never been the enemy. Same thing with with saturated fats. You need fat.

      +Hugo Meza there's different types of cholesterol. This video is to try and reduce the intake of the one that causes a high risk of stroke, heart attacks and heart diseases. Egg gives you a lot of the bad cholesterol..

      +yesi rivera yeah I understand that. But How do you explain that I was able to reduce my bad cholesterol when I started eating more animal fat, cook with nothing but butter and a lot of eggs every day and and eating less grains? Believe it or not my bad cholesterol did go down by a lot. And I know a lot more people who did the same thing as me and also lower their bad cholesterol.
      They are not telling you the whole truth about cholesterol. And I'm speaking for myself
