We don’t have these perfectly sized bottles in the US. Closest one is the 16.9 oz or half liter spring water bottles. But those have some thin cheap plastic and they’re not smooth. That have some design imprinted on them. The only other one I can think of is the 6pack half liter Pepsi bottles. I think those would definitely work. They’re smooth and use the hard plastic since they’re pressurized. Gonna be getting some of those soon. Thanks Claire

Rubbing alcohol makes a great lube…in this situation. It’s used to slide the grip down the shaft of a golf club during grip installation.

i just used drain pipe from stevenage b&q's, fits perfect, no wearing the tire down
Did the shell fit too? We are going to try this next
@@ClairesRCs its 100mm land drainage coupler, its white and the only pipe that will it the tire, it only 2mm think and you can get 2 tires out of it and you do need to gorilla glue it on. shame can't send u a pic of it. its not pvc more some thing else plastic.

Probably not, they run on smaller wheels. Not sure how much the plastic would shrink
