@@TomleyRC All good, as for cheap rc's i recently rescued a Traxxas vxl ken block rally 1:16th scale from the e-waste container so that's my 2nd Traxxas I've gotten for free now. (Apparently just needed to charge the battery & it's missing a battery lid for the remote.) It has a bit wobbly c-hub on the rear right but otherwise drives ok & shocks are a bit too soft so had to crank the preload for it to not bottom out just accelerating & braking. And an original Tamiya Boomerang which also came from that e-waste container at the recycling center. Which I'm slowly working on, i need more ball bearings for the transmission to be fully ballraced, a new chassis & front bumper as the mounts for the front bumper on one side of the chassis & opposite side of the bumper are broken. Bodyshell & wing if i can't strip the paint off without damaging the bodyshell, i unfortunately made the rear wing a bit hazy using alcohol without looking it up if it would damage it but got plenty of the paint removed from it, might go quick & dirty using plastidip on the outside of the bodyshell & wing as it will be a runner anyway. First one i found is a Traxxas 1:10 gravedigger that had no servo saver, battery hold down piece & bodyshell.
