The vehicle, is by definition "offence-related property"(ORP), and should be immediately subject to forfeiture (upon conviction) as it is being used to commit the related felony/ies.......then for sale at public auction, in whole or in parts.....with all proceeds used to compensate the victims of the crime/s or deposited for use to pay the public costs of the prosecution/incarceration of offenders.....
