You just have to figure these two people were just utterly stupid. Any crime these 2 running dudes get charged with, the Driver can be charged as an accessory. You simply don't pick-up people who are running from car to car, in the middle of a street.

It took this dumb news crew nearly 40mins to realize these guys knew the chopper was on them

Sirens and lights need to be going off to give the innocent people notice that this is a dangerous place and beware. So, please let them know whoever decided silence was golden here; please relieve them of their duties. That will be a great public service.
