What are most important of all those you have mentioned that a home care business can begin with ??

All of them are important, a few are mandatory ie liability, workmen’s comp, and a surety bond. The insurance that covers your wages and riders are optional. However, I strongly suggest speaking with your insurance company and reviewing your state’s licensing laws.
