thank you that was useful to learn how to make graphs in Excel. I read on Quora they make it with Illustrator. I use Rawgraph.io to generate the graph then Illustrator to customize it.

I did not hear it yet as my wife is sleeping now. but the question is: how can we store this format so we can just use it moving on for other data very quickly each time?

It depends. If the new dataset is setup with a similar format, meaning similar rows and columns, you should be able to just copy the graph and just change the data source it references.

There's a pretty good process in Excel for saving chart "styles", either by modifying a current style with these various formatting choices, or saving it essentially as a template to be re-used (instructions for Office 2013/16):

Thank you for demonstrating.. please tell 1.how to take the axis to right side
    2. The economist graph does not have border to right side, how to mimic that?

To move the axis to the right side, right click on the axis, then format axis, under the "labels" drop down you should see label position, make sure that it is set to high. This should move the y-axis to the right hand side of the graph.
Unfortunately there is not any built in functionality in excel that I am aware of that allows you to remove specific parts of a border; however the following is a good workaround. You will want to duplicate the data show such that you will have two columns with identical data per category -- i.e. for "other" you will have two columns of the same data; do this for all categories. Then change the chart type to a combo of area and line and the set the duplicate data as line charts. This will give you a pseudo border for your area chart.
