Love the old Mustangs especially in an original or at least like this one without too many mods such as wheels, engine transmission that sort of stuff. Keep it original, historic beauty. I once had a ‘67, 200 six cyl, 3 on the floor. It was peppy and enough zip to have fun with and all for only 250 bucks! Wish I had it today.

I can appreciate its for its originanlity. I like the idea of modding though. Implementation of modern technology into a tried and true platform. Paint has come a long way in terms of durability for example.

Sorry but looks like a potential bond buggy she even pointed out the spots

@@ronstiles2681 what old Mustang isn’t? That is unless you live in the southern states. Up north everyone rotted out, the floors were notorious for being devoured by winter road salt.

Is you Carberator the original? Also , are all wheels Drum or front Disc rear drum. Are your wheels 13 inch or 14 inch? My 1965 Mustang 289 has 14 inch wheels. The interior seats and upholstery is quite easy to replace and get to original condition. All Mustang parts are very affordable compared to the 1955 thru 1957 Thunderbird.

Are you sure that’s a 65? The gas cap and reverse lights scream 66. Still a nice car.

Definitely a '65 - going by the grille and interior. She does say in the vid (5:20) that the gas cap is incorrect for the model year.

Also the side trim, 64 1/2 to 65 only piece there. '66 Has a much bigger "3 finger" trim piece there.

Some mixed/matched pieces, Blue would be correct for valve cover/air cleaner in 65/66 (red was the 170 Falcon in 64.5), your hood bumpers are 64.5. Clean car, nicely done.
