Starting watching you a few months ago Also cowboy too I have learned a lot from you .I am 72 and always table playing and wife slot player She always lost. We play bingo some times at Foxwoods and she wanted to do slots after that was over .Bottom line is I learned so much from you guys and she watched some with me. So last week she saw 25 cent game with the name diamonds and played .she hit for $1350.00 I have been playing a lot of DD ect and hit for a few hundred here and there. Yesterday 6-26after bingo I was playing some 5 line DD quarter machine and hit 3 DD on line 5 for 5000 quarters =$1250 following your advice I said I would play 200 in a $5 DD and hit dd triple bar dd for $1600 Two hand plays in 30 minutes. We have never had hand pay before and came home with it as well .
Again We would never have played these typs of machines if not for you Thanks again Wife still likes all the bells and whistles. She does play the others too

Great advice. I’ve had two hand pays. $1.76 bet for $10,700 grand on a high volatility game and $3 bet for $1,500 on Blazing 7s. They are possible without breaking the bankroll.
Watched your LIVE episode last night. I have found out you have to listen closely to your advice. Your comments last night about Triple Double Stars being a tough game to win really hit home. I have played it because of "no multiplier higher than 3" philosophy. You said but with a 2x added you now have "6x and 9x". at out small tribal casino in North Carolina, Triple Double Stars for quarter denom with minimum bet of $1.25 is our only quarter game to play. Second piece of advice was not to bump up bet. We started betting $2.50 per spin on this game. I am now going to drive extra 2 hours to have more choices of quarter games and som $1.00 games that i can bet $1. thank you again for making me a Smarter gambler.
My wife likes Nugget because it's "pretty". Delta is close to us so makes it easy. Coushatta is cool, but it's 3 hours drive for us. I get tired on day trips with 6 hours of driving. LaBerge is fun and the food options are great. I'm looking forward to Coushatta's remodel and addition being complete. It's past due for a face lift.
I'm glad I tuned in for this because I'll scratch it off my list of places to visit solely due to the fact it's so smoky inside. Nothing worse than a nasty smoky casino, and with so much competition there's no reason for me to bother. Thanks for the review!! @PlayBetterSlots
We had 95 degrees and 95% humidity then we had torrential rains then it cooled down to 66 degrees that was yesterday and today 84 with 78% humidity and tonight 76 degrees and and a nice breeze Des Moines, Iowa
Hey, Dave, are you sure you've only hit about 200 casinos? I've only been gambling for about 15 years, and I've been in at least 50, half of those in Vegas and area. When we travel, we casino hop. The hotels are cheaper and the meals are good for the most part. It adds a little excitement to a long boring 😴 drive too 😅.

I have read slot books that state the casinos place slot machines with higher payout percentages in areas with high visibility.
Is there any truth to these statments? It has been many years since I have read these books.
Maybe a long time ago, but that’s not the case any longer.

Question- do the double diamond and triple stars in the new caes play at the same volitility as the old machines? I’m going on a cruise soon and all the 3 reels I saw were in the new versions. Thx!
As long as they are the same number of paylines, they will play the same. Be especially careful with your budget on the cruise ships - they are known for having low payback returns.
@@GambleSmart yup! Been on many of them! They are supposed to follow Nevadas rules🤷🏼♀️ My problem is they always have more penny slots than anything. Ty!!
They are regulated and do follow the rules, but they are usually set to the lower 80% range. Not terrible - you can certainly still win, just modify expectations slightly. :) Have fun and good luck!

lol.... ok.... sorry im cringing so much this time... what comps do you expect to receive when you only bet a couple hundred dollars? (That doesn't even cover a room for one night... or a dinner at Hanks (GVR) What do you usually get in comps for low budget play?
You'd be surprised - it's not about how much you bring to the casino, but how much coin in you process through the machine. Also, first time visits usually net you some decent comps.
