Nice Tutorial Shahid !!! we are still waiting to create CryptoMatte in Nuke , but for now.. RGB+A,... 4 is better than nothing . For my wishing list.. in my free time I test a lot the nuke particles, even with its limitations, I'm trying to understand when to use nuke particles and not asking to 3d department and wait for a render.. I would like to see some example used in production, where the 3d department it's not necessary.
DI mattes and DI passes are closely related but serve different purposes in VFX compositing. DI passes, often received from the 3D department, are individual layers that help in the compositing process to deliver the final output. These passes typically do not include elements like cut mattes, motion blur, or defocus. On the other hand, DI mattes are created after the shot is finalized and include all these elements: cut mattes, motion blur, and defocus. These mattes are used to integrate different components seamlessly, ensuring that all necessary visual effects are accurately applied to the final composition.
I hope this help to understand the process of DI Matte let me know in the comment what do you want to see next!

Question : Aren't DI Mattes and ID mattes/passes the same?
