- Sharing my symptoms post embryo transfer and my life after FET, specifically during the two week waiting period for my pregnancy test! I'm so happy to have FINALLY made this video describing all of my symptoms post embryo transfer because many of you guys have asked me what my symptoms were during the waiting period until my pregnancy test. I not only tell you how I felt, but also what my life was like right after the embryo transfer.
As I share my symptoms post embryo transfer, you will quickly learn I had none! I had one symptom immediately after the transfer, and then that was it...nothing! Even though I did not have any symptoms, I still tell you all about how I felt and what I did differently during the waiting time. My life did not change at all after FET, and I had to keep myself busy to keep my mind off constantly thinking about the transfer.

Did you finally get your baby to full term
This is exactly what I need to hear right now. Day 11 of 2ww and I’m getting tired of not working out, I run, I lift weights and swim, for mental health reasons. I have no symptoms at all and without exercise I’m loosing my patience. This video made me feel much better 😊

Thank you Brittany. I’m on day on day 6 post transfer. No symptoms. 2 embryos were transferred and on top of it all I was coughing for several of the days starting day 2/3. And that discouraged me and made me want to give up. But your video encouraged me again to believe, it ain’t over until it’s over. Praying.

@@brittany_elizabeth_rn Yes, I have. Heading back to work on Monday, after being instructed to be on bed rest for 3 days. I’m encouraged by job as an RN. My job is also physical I’m a teacher on my feet all day. That concerned me a little before I saw your video.

It’s a relief listen somebody who didn’t have syntoms at all. I’m 7dp5pt and no symptoms. Maybe, the tiniest cramps but not sure. Beta is on Monday. I pray for a positive ❤❤❤ Thanks for sharing

Thank you for the video. I had my 5d transfer on July 8. I have my test tomorrow morning. I am on so many medications, but have no symptoms in my body. Keeping my fingers crossed for tomorrow, but thank you for giving me hope. I was about to give up.

I had 8th day of my embryo transfer 1st day there was little pain at lower belly 2nd day I was so depressed and cried as I m doing it alone my husband is in out of country and we didn't tell any one that we going thru ivf so 2nd I was negative mood from then onwards I have not felt any thing only on 7th I felt so tired felt like my legs have weeks Ness due to injections ..... mentally I m prepared that if not positive no problem bcos of zero symptoms it comes in your mind .
I m doing all my work taking care of my self no one is there for my single help

I had a twinge after when I got home from my first transfer. It felt almost like a jolt of lightening through my uterine area and then it was gone. Unfortunately, I miscarried. But I’m going Monday for 6th try. Fingers crossed. 🤞🏻

@@LollyMadikiza-xw4ok they can tell with bloodwork around 10 weeks I think. But we did genetic tests on our embryos and sex is detectable through that.
Thanks for the video and sharing more about journeys with few to no symptoms during the TWW. I’m waiting for my second period after retrieval (usually delayed, of course) and then it’s transfer time! Hopeful and excited. It would be interesting to see a video on anything you’re doing to prep for baby like books or podcasts.

I'm 40 yrs old and had two embryo transfer done yesterday morning. I did feel some cramping later that night but nothing since.
Any update?
It’s my 4 th day after FET, I feel backache and body heaviness. I am taking three kind of progesterone. Always fatigue.. a kind of feeling less 😢..your video gave me hope thank you sharing your experience ❤

My experience is funny as sometimes I have symptoms and sometimes nothing. I have had fresh 5 day blastocyst transfer and its been 14 days already. I am always getting tempted to check on home kit but my husband discourages. I had spotting on 8th day after my ET and doctor said it can't be implantation bleeding as the window for the same is already gone. It did hit me and my husband but we are still keeping our calm. So I have got 2 more days for my beta HCG and having on and off period like symptoms since past 4-5 days. I am now ready for any result now. I also believe luck and destiny plays an important role too.

I just had my embryo transfer on Sat and went for acupuncture right after as well. I had a little bit of cramping towards the end of the day but so far nothing else.

Hey Brittany sorry if you've said this before, but I'm just curious about your coffee consumption since fet. I'd like to keep my one cup a day and my doctor said that's fine. But I always feel guilty. Did you cut out coffee completely?
Hi! I’ve always LOVED coffee, especially my morning cup. And because I’m a nurse working long shifts, I’m a coffee addict. Since my FET, I cut back to staying under the recommended 200 mg of caffeine (for pregnancy) which is about two 8 ounce cups. And then when my FET turned into a full blown pregnancy and I turned 8 weeks, my nausea set in and I couldn’t drink it anymore. I’m just now getting back into drinking my morning cup of coffee. If you get pregnant, your body will do a good job at telling you what it needs

I hope to send the message loud and clear that having symptoms or not having symptoms means nothing. Just get through the waiting period without going crazy and just see what happens. Today is 2day post transfer. All were failed though I had 8 blastocyst all were grade 4AA×5 and 3AA×3. All transfers were failed. Had 8 missedabrtion in the passed all conceived naturally. Hang in there! That’s why I don’t recommend doing a home test before your blood draw because it can give you a false test when you are actually pregnant. Keep taking good care of yourself and wait for your clinic to do your blood draw and then see if you’re pregnant.

Hi. I want to try a donor embryo, which would be a FET but each attempt is about 8k. I'm nervous about trying and it failing. Sometimes I wonder how many attempts it takes before a woman gets pregnant with FET. I'm 47 and still with a cycle. Bloodwork good. I want to try ..thank you for your videos
Hi! My first transfer was successful! It depends on many different factors for how many attempts it takes for one to be successful. The major factors are embryo quality, uterine health, and hormone levels. If you can do everything in your power to ensure all three factors are as good as possibly, then I think you have a pretty good chance at a success FET.

I'd love to have 2 or 3 more kids and I'm healthy but I waited too long to use my own eggs. Hoping FET can help with donor embryos but it's so expensive. I guess sometimes praying and leaving the unknown to God is the only way to have peace of mind. My daughter is 22 but she always wished for siblings. I'm still wondering if I should try naturally because there are women who can carry successfully at my age. It's very rare but there are women who do. Geena David had 2 kids naturally at my age and another actress is pregnant naturally at 48 with twins.

I go to an acupuncturist who specializes in fertility. So I recommend you go to someone who specializes in fertility and women’s health
Absolutely remember the "rubber band snap", "twitch". I did not have to do any of this, but I believe that when the embryo "attaches" this is a response.
