I tried it, but I used 2 cups of rice & 1 can of coconut milk .. it was mushy.. so maybe next time 1/2 can of coconut milk .. but the taste was perfect
When you place the lid on the pot after adding the rice, what heat setting do you set it on? 4, 5, 2? Also, once the water dries up, what heat setting do you set it on for the final time/to steam? How long do you steam it for? Your rice always looks fluffy, whereas mine is either too hard or too mushy. I can't seem to cook and steam it right.
I set the heat on low, not medium,not high just low cause the rice needs to steam so it always just be on low, if it’s too mushy maybe you add too much water in my video you can see that I removed some of the liquid from the pot otherwise it would be too mushy the liquid should only be a little above the rice and not too much ok hope that helps.
