The forms are usually PDF format so you can insert scanned signatures. Alternatively your husband can complete the online application from India and send you the completed scanned forms. Please double check if his original passport needs to be produced at VFS or not.That could be a problem.

For Indian passport/OCI, please take the photo in one of the Timpson/max spielmann shops.They will do the exact size needed for Indian passport .Thumb impression- we did at home using a stamp pad.

Your baby will be eligible for British citizenship and passport as soon as you get your ILR. But it's better to get a passport and BRP till then for travel and using the NHS.

Daughter already is getting vaccination and immunisation all the things free I have just register her with birth certificate to the gp. @@SgorayaSgoraya Registration with GP is not a problem. However if your children needs hospital admission then they will ask for BRP. BRP is the only document that makes your child a legal resident in the UK.
The only benefit is baby getting British citizenship as soon as parents get ILR- saves visa costs for 5 years. I don't know if rules are different for student visa.
5 years is not possible for a newborn. I just provided the current address where she was born. Birth certificate is the proof of parental responsibility.

More than 180 days absence from the UK in 12 months will affect ILR. Also if your baby will be born outside UK, then they wont get british citizenship directly when you get ILR.
So if I am staying less than 180 days is that ok ..it won't effect the ILR in future.. Now I am confused am I taken a wrong decision to go back to India for the delivery...if my newborn won't get ILR later(eventhough staying less than 180 days)... She can apply directly for a British passport if you had ILR at the time of her birth.otherwise she has to apply for naturalisation.once it is done, she will be recognised as a British citizen. Then she can get a British passport.

You can leave the UK without BRP. But will need BRP to re-enter the UK.

Your child will need Indian passport to enter India so visa is not required then. But visa(BRP) is needed to return to the UK.

Not for PR. They can apply for citizenship after your ILR. So essentially they will get a British passport before you do
