    Thank you for another very good video. You are an amazing mountain biking, as well as an amazing life coach. Even though I am retired on a small income and can't afford another bill, I do recommend that anyone who can, join your Patroen channel. They won't be disappointed.

    Great clip; I just realized that the technique is obviously applicable to get the rear wheel up on a ledge as well as go across a gap (ditch) without bunny hopping. thank you so much, again.

    Thanks again Roxy. What I particularily liked was your breakdown of the load-explode step. High value video. Keep up the good work please. 😃

      Thanks Tommy. That was just a short excerpt of how the tutorials on my online coaching platform and during my private coaching sessions (online and live) look - that’s why you can see the logo in the bottom right corner during those parts 😊😊
      Happy you like the video and find it helpful!

    I think that where I was wrong I was not exploding. I was just loading and clawing. Going to try this now.

    when I do a rear wheel lift on my 26er hardtail sometimes the front does a small lift too, is it wrong?

    • @Roxybike_Ride.and.Inspire
      @Roxybike_Ride.and.Inspire  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's not wrong but it's a sign that you are not transfering your weight into your hands fast enough :-) The disadvantage is is that you are not as efficient on your RWL.
