The more children you have, the bigger the risk of PPH. Large babies or multiples can cause PPH too. I had PPH from my third large baby and the next three as well. My husband had a vasectomy. There's more to life than having children and it was time to be thankful for the six we had. The risk of having 7 children without a mother and a single father to raise them all was enough motive for us to stop.
Had excessive bleeding after my 1st & had packing inside. Ok with my others including twins. Then 29th week with my 5th, the Placentia ruptured. My David survived 16 hrs but I didn't really wake until day of his funeral. Never even got to see him. He was whisked away to another hospital for intensive care. Doctor told my mom he has never seen or heard anyone lose that much blood & survive. Had a panic attack when found out was having my 6th. A new doctor who was in his last year before retirement was awesome. Took great care of me. My last born son will soon be 40 & has a beautiful family. Just celebrated our 50th anniversary with our 6 & 11 grands. Know my David was with us in spirit & one day I will get to finally hug him.

Oh my gosh, you just described my birthing experience with my daughter. She was my first. The pains were just awful and I eventually had an epidural. Baby's heartbeat became erratic and she was pulled out with forceps. I held her briefly, as I was stitched. Out of nowhere, I began to haemorrhage. A crash team arrived and the next hour was terrifying. I floated in and out of consciousness, before totally passing out. I woke after 2 hours, in an operating side room. For 24 hours I was kept there, and the bleeding began to ease. I had transfusions and slowly began recovering. After 8 days in hospital, we were allowed to go home. I had a nurse coming in daily, to monitor everything. Thankfully, my daughter was fine, although my milk didn't come in. I never had another child.
@@Kitty_cat2001 and if moms already had issues with hemorrhaging with her last pregnancy and then hemorrhaged again this time…I think it’s time to stop with the pregnancies as she could pass with the next pregnancy and leave all those kids behind…I know they probably want as many kids as God will give them but God also expects you to use wisdom

It was a horrible experience for you. I haemorrhaged with my first and with my second i was rushed back in for emergency d&c my doctor said if you have another baby i might not be able to stop the bleeding. You have two healthy babies who need their mommy. You need to stop here. I was 25 and at 34 i had to have a total hysterectomy. Being female is not easy, but you got thru it with the best gift
Mariah is precious. I have been so worried about you Savannah, due to your history. I am so thankful for your decision to have a hospital birth and thankful for God's protection. May you continue to heal, physically and emotionally.❤
She really is Cheryl, such a beautiful blessing🥰 Yes, knowing my history was definitely a scary thing going into labor, but so thankful in the end the Lord's hand of protection was with Mariah and I💛 Thank you! Recovery has been going well and Mariah is doing so good💛
I'm bawling. I am so happy but terrified at the same time. Mike don't be afraid to pray out loud. That Mariah was praying too is just amazing. Can't wait to meet her too. From the glimpses she is beautiful. Congratulations.

Thanking God he watched over you Savannah. I to have a son who knows when I am sad, stressed etc.. He always comes to comfort me. Praise the Lord for sweet Moriah a gift from the Lord.
Thank you for being vulnerable and sharing your birth story, Savanah and Mike. Many of us were praying for you. I love the name. Congratulations, sweet Moore family.
I had postpartum hemorrhage after I had my first baby, and 11 days after giving birth I ended up back in the hospital, because I was experiencing anxiety attacks due to the trauma of almost dying. I got emotional watching this video. Many women go through things like this. Praise the Lord that all is well!🙏🏻
I hemorrhaged after my 1 st and 3rd pregnancys . Packed me in ice bags with the first one. The second one pushed on my stomach, kept me in recovery all night and woke me up every hour to check me. They told me they were surprised I did not need a transfusion !! Tubes tied after him. There was a stillbirth before the last one too.🥺 I was so done.😢
Such an emotional video, i almost wanted to skip the part where it got emotional. Im so glad Savannah is okay now. I really love the name you all picked. And i thank God He kept you protected ❤❤

Crying with you two...sad and happy tears. Our God is so great and awesome and He brought you all through this scary but joyful event. Praise the Lord for He has given you all such a wonderful and beautiful gift...Mariah Libby Moore!

God is so good!! This birth story brought me to tears. You two are so strong. Jirah at the end 😭 you can tell she is such a proud big sister, as I’m sure the rest of the kiddos are so excited as well. Can’t wait to see next week’s video!
Yes, God is good!🙏 It was such an emotions birth but thanking the Lord for His hand of protection for Mariah and I💛 We are so excited to show the kids reactions in meeting their little sister, so beautiful and emotional😭😍
Yes, so comforting knowing the Lord is with us during such a scary and difficult time💛🙏 Thank you Jean💛 “God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.” - Psalm 46:1-3
I am now 63, but was 30 when I gave birth for the first time. Labour was 46hrs, but my baby had no foetal distress so they did no Caesarian. About 2 hrs after his birth but still in the delivery room, strange things started to happen with my body. Initially a terrible headache from the back of my skull going over the top, then awful gastric pain under my ribs. My obstetrician had gone home and the midwives had to call him back in at 1.30am. He was trying to tell me that he knew I got migraines and that this was what I had, and I knew that it wasn’t. He made me swallow a gastric tube, which makes you vomit the whole time it was going down into my stomach. I was crying by this time and they had sent my partner out into the hall. It was the midwives who were on the ball and told him what was wrong, just as I started seizing. I had full blown eclampsia, without having any pre-eclampsia during my pregnancy. So for 2 days I stayed in that delivery room, my baby 2 floors away as they were doing ward renovations and had moved the mums and babies away from the delivery suite. I was given barbiturate injections every 6 hrs, awake or not, to stop more seizures and Feeling so drugged up like that was extremely unpleasant. My partner saw my GP the next day, and she had heard from the hospital and knew what had occurred. She told him that if I had delivered my son at our local hospital as originally planned, I would have died before they could have transferred me to the larger hospital. I ended up being allowed to come home to our lovely little hospital 4 days later and stayed there for a week. They would beg to have my son for the night so the only night I actually got up for him was the night before I was discharged and boy what a rude shock that was. I am so glad that you and bubba are ok. It’s no wonder that so many women died for centuries before modern medicine caught up. Love to you from Australia
Amen. You are a blessing to have the spirit you have and the will to live. God took you in his arms. So proud of you for your strength You just proved the females are NoT the weaker sex God blessing to you and your life. Amen
The nurse was massaging your fundus. She could tell by the feel of the uterus it wasn’t right. She did just what she should have done. Because you had retained placenta in your uterus, that caused the hemorrhage. That’s why the nurses check on you post partum. Glad it came out ok, after everything. I don’t know what the doctors advised you about further pregnancies, but take Care of yourself, children need their Mom alive and well as can be. 😊
It was so amazing how the sentences went from "I" and "We" statements, to including God as the only one in charge. When you said Miriah's hands were clasped, I noticed that mine were too. Prayers for all!
OH my goodness-tears and joy for you! Love, love the name-Mariah. Prayers answered as Savannah looks great and now we wait another week for the kids reaction! Blessings upon all of you!!!
Mybe this is a sign that you should not take the risk to have more children 😢 . Please take care and enjoy all your precious children 🙏❤️ . Greatings from a mother with 6 children from Sweden Gothenburg 🤗🇸🇪
@@SaystheTruth3not true. 3 of my best friends had 9 , 10 and 10 kids and had fast and smooth deliveries without any complications . It can happen with your first child to anyone. My mom is a doctor and told me that.
Thank you for sharing that beautiful story. And thank God for that beautiful ending. You have such a beautiful family and you show your Christianity so well. God has blessed you in so many ways.
Thanks for sharing your story! It was like you were telling mine... After naturally delivering my twin girls (my 4th and 5th babies), the nurse came in to check on me as she did you and I saw the same look in her eyes and experienced the room filling with strangers, enduring the same procedures, a second IV was started and (praise God) my pressure didn't drop significantly enough to need blood. I didn't get to see my babies till about 6 hours after. It took a very long time to work through the emotions of that experience but it helped to talk to others who understood (there was one lady in my church who was especially supportive - thank you Miss Aleda). It still seems like yesterday and my 'baby' girls are 24 now. Blessings!
I had horrific hemorrhaging with the birth of my son in 2001. It was very confusing at the time because the doctor was repairing a sever tear and the bleeding was continuing at an alarming rate. I could see a pan full of blood and lots of busyness from everyone in the room. So surreal. Several hours later, I was told that there was a piece of the placenta that remained and have caused the hemorrhaging. I refused a transfusion because I was just unaware (my hemoglobin was 6.5) despite the urging from doctors. I remember mostly being very, very weak. As in struggling to even pull myself to sit up in bed. It took months to get my strength/energy back. I'm glad that you are on the mend.
This was so sweet! The way that Mariah was keeping her hands together like that.. God is indeed good! I cannit even imagine how hard this was for Savannah. Mothers are the strongest type of women for sure.. Mariah is a beautiful, beautiful name and I am glad she and ofcourse Savannah is healthy. I cannot wait to see the others' reaction. Anyways, Stay safe And God bless you guys 💛
Oh my gosh!! I'm so glad everyone is doing ok. You made me cry through this whole vlog. I just love you guys. Welcome to a beautiful family " Mariah Libby Moore" she's just gorgeous. Congratulations Mike and Savannah!🎉❤
Praise God for answered prayer. I'm so thankful that Savannah and baby are doing fine. Please continue resting Savannah. Congratulations Mike & Savannah on the birth of your beautiful baby girl ❤🎉
I had a postpartum hemorrhage after I had my first son. They didn't know until I stood up for the first time after birth and lost so much blood I passed out. Luckily I woke back up, was taken to the OR an hour later and was able to get stitched up and was ok. But it was scary indeed!
God is so good. I don’t cry but I felt so much love and support and gods grace in watching this beautiful birth story. God is so good! Your family is blessed ❤
You guys 😢😢😢😢🫂🫂🫂🫂..... I just saw this vdo and i am balling out here.....I thought you guys.....Savannah you are a true warrior mom and your kids are so lucky to have you....
She is beautiful. Oh my goodness. I wish everyone understood how blessed we are to be under the protection of our almighty Father. Thank you for sharing your testimony. I pray it brings people in need to Jesus.
This was my birth story with my last baby. I actually wound up having to have a few blood transfusions and eventually a hysterectomy due to undiagnosed placenta accreta. It was extremely scary. I’m so glad things improved. Congratulations on baby Mariah!
You guys r God's children he is with u u all r truly blessed I'm so happy to know u r all safe. The baby is beautiful she looks like a mix of all the kids combined lol I'm so excited to see next week's vlog❤
You did so well all of you, congratulations. I love how real you are showing your feelings and emotions as others can see how normal it is. Looking forward to watchin little Mariah grow and interact with her other lovely siblings. All your kids are so beautiful x
Why keep having babies with a history of haemorrhaging? Youre risking leaving the children you do have without a mum. Your urge for newborns isn’t worth the risk to your existing children
🥺🥺 thanks for posting... I have been thinking about Savanah and the family for last few weeks...So grateful to god that the mommy and baby are good... take care guys.. god bless ✨️❤️
I finally watched this one! ♥️ You’re such a sweet couple, so adorable together. I admit, I cried. I haven’t even met you guys and I love you! You share some very vulnerable and real moments with the public. Thank you for sharing something so personal with everyone. 🥰 You’re so strong together!! 💞 Keep it up. 💪🏽
What a beautiful testimony to the creation of life and family the way God planned it from all eternity!❤ Thank you for sharing such an intimate part of your life. God bless 🙏✝️
Oh guys, this is such a testimony of faith through something so hard . Oh thank you Jesus for being there every second. Tears and lots of tissue watching this. Oh my heart. She is sooooo beautiful. Your love and prayers are strong. We have things like this happen with no reason why sometimes but we know who holds us and carries us through. You are her momma miracle Savannah. We send our love . Thank you for praying dad.

Ahh just watched this.. i birthed my first in September last year and had PPH. After treating the hemorrhage, i got diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyopathy. I don't even think i can have any more kids but I'm grateful for the life I regained and the daughter i have.
Bless your heart. I'm so thankful to our Heavenly Father that all is well and it's over. Mirah is beautiful. I prayed many days for you and baby and I'm thankful it's all good now. We don't understand but there was a reason. Congratulations !!!! Can't wait till next week.

@@TheMooreTheMerrier it’s definitely god made a mind forgetting system if you feel me, haha it’s been three years and I should keep your videos here on a saved file for birth control, I truly don’t think I’ll live through another birth and I’m not being dramatic, I’m too honest and I have a terrible coping mechanism where I joke about things but I really really believe woman are programmed to forget the pain😂😂
That is so hard to go through for the both of you. My wife and I lost our last baby and my wife almost didn’t make it. We have 6 kids and they all look forward to your new videos.
I’m so sorry for your loss😢 so scary and difficult for your family having to go through that. Love that you and the family are enjoying the vlog! So encouraging to hear💛
So glad you’re okay, Savannah! ❤ I guessed that you would name her Moriah! I remember y’all saying you liked that name in a past video because that was one of the names my mom considered naming me. Also, if she was born 3/1, she shares a birthday with my mom! Haha! She’s beautiful. Praying that you continue to heal and get lots of rest with all of the helping hands in your home.

Thank Our Heavenly Father for all 3 of you home now~~ My children and I were praying for you everyday last week~ Especially as you were put on our hearts and thoughts through The Holy Spirits timing~ Feeling for you, crying with you and rejoicing with you all is a beautiful example of the Body of Christ's unity~ As a parent, and understanding what you were saying without the audible words being spoken out, cut to my heart too~ Our family is rejoicing with you now and continued prayers and thoughts will continue to flow to all of you, specially for Savannah and Mike~~Thankful to be parenting with other amazing parents as yourselves~💚

I had this too , I went into shock then came the monsoon of blood , the medical team were fabulous, the midwives were totally on point as was the registrar , the consultant on shift gave them support , I still have pstd with the haemorrhage the fear is real
I'm 79 years old. When I had my first baby, I had postpartum hemorrhaging. (That child is now 55 years old). It was a terrible experience. I had to have a blood transfusion. Thank goodness I had no problems at all with my second baby. I'm glad your outcome was good.
Truly blessed are you for yet another addition to your beautiful, Jesus-loving family. I thank you for showing others that leaning on the Lord, especially in the most fearful moments, is the only way to overcome hardship. Congratulations on all your successes. Yes, God is good!🙏 It was such an emotions birth but thanking the Lord for His hand of protection for Mariah and I💛 We are so excited to show the kids reactions in meeting their little sister, so beautiful and emotional😭😍
@@TheMooreTheMerrier awwwww I’m sure it was!
Are you praying for me! That’s when I broke down crying. So glad you and baby are ok.
Awe🥹 Thank you Joyce, you are so sweet💛💛💛 We are so thankful for the Lord's protection during such a crazy time.
Gods got your back always. I love the way you listen to God when he speaks. That was definitely God speaking to you to pray 🙏
Yes, so comforting knowing the Lord is with us during such a scary and difficult time💛🙏 Thank you Jean💛
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging.” - Psalm 46:1-3
I’m so sorry you had to endure this. Prayers for healing and recovery from all of it! Congratulations on your new sweet baby girl!❤
Thank you Amanda💛💛💛
So proud of you for your strength
You just proved the females are NoT the weaker sex
God blessing to you and your life.
Thank you for your prayers💛 So thankful for the Lords protection🙏
OH my goodness-tears and joy for you! Love, love the name-Mariah. Prayers answered as Savannah looks great and now we wait another week for the kids reaction! Blessings upon all of you!!!

Six children? That's probably why.... I'm sorry ❤
@@SaystheTruth3no my mom gave birth to 17 and my sister gave birth to 12 God is in control. Praise God for each child he gives!❤
@@SaystheTruth3not true. 3 of my best friends had 9 , 10 and 10 kids and had fast and smooth deliveries without any complications . It can happen with your first child to anyone. My mom is a doctor and told me that.
Wow, that's rude.
God is so good! Such an emotional birth story. So thankful everyone is doing well. Mariah is so precious ❤️.
Yes, so thankful for the Lords protection 🙏💛 Thank you Robin 💛

God is good all the time!! Savannah, May the Lord keep your baby and you in good health always. Prayers❤
Yes, God is good!🙏 Thank you Chris for your prayers!💛
Anyways,
Stay safe
And God bless you guys 💛
Yes, God is good!🙏 Awe, thank you so much!!💛💛💛

I had a postpartum hemorrhage after I had my first son. They didn't know until I stood up for the first time after birth and lost so much blood I passed out. Luckily I woke back up, was taken to the OR an hour later and was able to get stitched up and was ok. But it was scary indeed!
Thank you for sharing your story. I hope this helps other’s as well as you both. God is in charge🙏🙏🙏Blessing’s

This was my birth story with my last baby. I actually wound up having to have a few blood transfusions and eventually a hysterectomy due to undiagnosed placenta accreta. It was extremely scary. I’m so glad things improved. Congratulations on baby Mariah!

Sweet story. The Lord was with you. Happy for your beautiful gift from God. Your daughter!
Thank you Michelle!🙏💛 We are so thankful!
I had postpartum hemorrhaging and almost died 7 days after my son was born craziest and scariest thing I’ve ever experienced
oh no, that's so scary😱
You guys are blessed....trust me....still writing with tears....❤
Thank you💛💛💛
Why keep having babies with a history of haemorrhaging? Youre risking leaving the children you do have without a mum. Your urge for newborns isn’t worth the risk to your existing children
Or your wife's health. You would be crying then
I had 5 babies with the cord around their necks. My last one was the worst. Had to cut it off while pulsating. Glad everything with you got better.
That must have been so scary. All 5, wow. I'm glad everything was fine in the end. Thank you, we are so thankful!💛
Sending you all some love and prayers!
Thank you 🙏

Ahh just watched this.. i birthed my first in September last year and had PPH. After treating the hemorrhage, i got diagnosed with peripartum cardiomyopathy. I don't even think i can have any more kids but I'm grateful for the life I regained and the daughter i have.

Congratulations on your precious new baby 💜 So glad you are doing well 🙏🏻🙌
Thank you so much!💛💛💛 Yes, thanking the Lord!
Thankyou for the birth control mama, i forgot the pain of clearing clots, i love you strong mama!
It's crazy how much you fo through even after giving birth.
@@TheMooreTheMerrier it’s definitely god made a mind forgetting system if you feel me, haha it’s been three years and I should keep your videos here on a saved file for birth control, I truly don’t think I’ll live through another birth and I’m not being dramatic, I’m too honest and I have a terrible coping mechanism where I joke about things but I really really believe woman are programmed to forget the pain😂😂
im a new subscriber and i really appreciate you sharing your story, God is amazing
Hi Laura, Welcome!!👏
Awe, thank you! We are so thankful for the Lord's protection!🙏
This is so emotional ❤
God’s blessings makes rich and adds no sorrows

That is so hard to go through for the both of you. My wife and I lost our last baby and my wife almost didn’t make it. We have 6 kids and they all look forward to your new videos.
I’m so sorry for your loss😢 so scary and difficult for your family having to go through that.
Love that you and the family are enjoying the vlog! So encouraging to hear💛
I am surprised they didn't have a special entrance for labor and delivery.
So glad you’re okay, Savannah! ❤
I guessed that you would name her Moriah!
Awe🥹 Thank you so much!💛🥰 We appreciate all your prayers🙏

Thank you Gary!💛 So thankful for the Lord's protection and for healing!
Yes, thank you Jesus🙏 Awe, thank you so much for praying for Mariah and me during the days and hours leading up to birth💛 So thankful! AWE God! Praise You Jesus! I believe that your new daughter was praying too! Congratulations on the new addition to your very blessed, loved of the Lord, family! Thank you for opening yourselves up and blessing all of us with your AWE God moments. God bless you Moore family!
Yes, so thankful for the Lord's protection and for giving us Mariah! Thank you Cheryl for your kind words and blessings! We are truly grateful for the new addition to our family, she's been amazing! 💛
Oh no, I'm really sorry you had to experience that. So thankful it was a one time for you🙏 Thank you, we are so thankful!
Adorable baby girl. Marriah, welcome to the world.
Thank you💛
I'm crying. Thank you for sharing your story. ❤
It drives me nuts that you both keep saying stomach. It's the UTERUS not the stomach. They are completely different organs.
Truly blessed are you for yet another addition to your beautiful, Jesus-loving family. I thank you for showing others that leaning on the Lord, especially in the most fearful moments, is the only way to overcome hardship. Congratulations on all your successes.
My children have seen your episodes on Smile multiple times and are wondering if little MLM will be making her debut.
Subscribed. :)
6 kids wife's history I would call it quits. Vasectomy is easier for the man than for the woman tuba ligation. Or birth control. Don't push your luck
But God
Not your body, not your family, not your choice!! I had a postpartum hemorrhage with my 1st and 3rd and still had my 4th.
How is this your position to say anything? What if this couple wants a big family? So judgmental to say something like that. Wow.
Your baby looks just like her mom congratulations. The fear is so hard and faith what we do without it. She is so beautiful the miracle of life.
Awe, thank you Wendy!🥹 Love your comment😍
