      The thing is whenever your effected by a stuffy nose, to stress, to literally anything u can just do this breathwork an boom your back to "normal" like the last time i was sick all i did was the breathwork every 3 or 4 hours an its like i wasnt even remotely sick at all. I was reminded only when i woke up in the morning. But it didnt take long for me to regain control.

    during the execution of this session the relaxation is much more intense, I suspect this is due to the intensity of the breathing

      The longer you hold. The less you stack o2. Thus defeating the purpose. The 15 second hold is just the reset to build higher. You may experience the primordial orb on your last sets hold(longer then 15 seconds)

    • @patmanpatmanson
      @patmanpatmanson 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Wim says you should not do it llnger then 15 sec. But I say it is no problem. This is to empower you so you decide. Other breathing techniques do long holds on the inhale...Peace brother 🙂

      Wow awesome that you are still working on self improvement at 74, Props! What helped me was to keep a consintant practice of doing it every single day. The other things that that helped were not focussing too much on the result, enjoying the proces, laying down and not expending any oxygen by laying completely still
