    So helpful. 4 minutes really can't pinch anyone..even those with busy schedule.
    I have already started stealing 4 minutes in the morning and 4 in the evening, away from running after my 2 small kids. Thanks!

    Wonderful n very helpful video. like the way you teach, it is very motivating n provoking to do exercises. I have under gone a C section before 2 months n have a big belly I'm trying to follow your exercises rigorously... hoping it would help to reduce my tummy soon...

    I never played sports, i don't know why but i never did and i don't like sports like since childhood so that's y my muscles were so weak and I was enable to do any exercises to lose my weight so i started walking and jogg but after that also exercises were difficult then one day i came across to this video and these exercises really helped me out. in the beginning days i used to do one set only then 2 then 3.... now i do 5sets of this every morning then i do my cardio (walk/jogg)

    I am going to try this with gud diet running walking cardio and then I will be back after 4 months to tell u how much weight i lost currently i am 90kg😅but no worries where there is a will there is a way

    Hi i have to say that I love this exercises and i would like you to show an exercise on hkw to lose fat on your arms and legs,especially the legs since mines are fat.

      Nathalie Bisono You can't spot reduce fat. When you burn calories, you're burning fat from all over your body, not just the areas worked. To lose fat, I'd suggest HIIT workouts, and to tone up I'd suggest either weights or bodyweight workouts!

    do you have any diet plan according to the food which a middle class indian eats?
    because everyone has foreign food involved in there diet plans and i can't figure out the calories which i take daily according to that food.

      manthan prajapati , bro take low carb. diet . for that you have to do some research on internet , food which have low carbs n remove potatoes and all out side from your diet, eat food made up of different grains , like corn wheat oat , bajra, besan etc etc. and take high protein and iron diet.

      Makeover Obsessions it's only 4 minutes :) you can do this everyday nut take a days break every week.
