Is your statement for the Puppet Destroyer Amulet? Still trying to get pass a boss and switching out amulets. To see what works best for me. Thats why I am asking. Thanks for pointing this out.
@@1blktalon yep, also there is one ring for carcass and another for humans that you should switch to depending of the area you're at.

My prefered amulet is the Piercing Hatred which makes you immune to all attribute status ailments.
This made the fight against the swamp monster (NG+) much easier.
Downside: it's heavy and you have to traid in the soul of the Nameless Puppet.
If you're getting hit by any swamp monster attacks that give decay you're already messing up

Yes. So it’s good, that there is an amulet to help you so you don’t have to play absolutely perfect on NG+ to avoid decay or if your sidestep isn’t working the way you thought, because you got stuck on a tiny stone, blocking you to sidestep.
Its only good for NG+ thats what puts me off
@@ambience09 there are like 50 other amulets that do way more in the fight you shouldn't plan on getting hit by those attacks

Amulet slot is expensive for this. But also I found out on my NG+5 that I don't really need all 5 amulet slots. 2 of them are a must: stam recovery speed & weight +1.
The other 3 could be anything at all - damage /sustain / ergo / stats... It matters not. Stats +1 is probably best, but any other works as well.
What you're really missing is how great the combination of the crit amulets and of the crit weapons such as trident or proof of humanity is. That also goes for your weapons videos - you seem to never talk about crit stat which seem to be weird, as it can get some damn impressive numbers. More than that heavy Arm of God amulet for sure. Proof of Humanity passive + handle fable + crit amulet = critting almost every hit. It's insanely good.
Keep in mind that the assassins amulet increases the crit dmg of the weapon not the crit rate. But I agree with you, crit builds are very viable in this game, I‘ve tried ng+4 with the proof of humanity only (amulets: conquerors, assassins, arm of god, extreme modifications and the corresponding dmg increase against enemy type) and with the crit smithing stone this hits like a truck. In this video he has so many amulets which are useless after ng or ng+. Weight gain = level capacity, hp gain = how tf you gonna burst through 11 pulse cells before the stargazers, nameless one = why would you even consider using that, and the physical dmg reduction is 8%... I‘d rather pump my dmg up instead of nerfing myself and deliberately choosing a longer boss fight because of my sustainability. Needless to say, he didn‘t even go into fable builds at all, which are also pretty busted.
with the latest patch you can equip even more heavy stuff
It also made some bosses easier (wasnt needed) but hell people can beatr the game better!

My general load out is Arm of God, whichever amulet increases damage against the enemies I am going against, Extreme Modification, and then Recharge amulet if I'm running through areas to self heal or Patience amulet during boss fights for more stamina. Sometimes I'll mix up Arm of God for Iron Wall or the Status Immunity one depending on the boss.
4:28 that seems worth it to get this amulet. Problem is, I need to wait until I can buy ALL special weapons pop the trophy 🏆 then reload my save. I've only bought the frozen feast weapon only cus that unlocks a side quest 🏆 AND 1 quartz

Honestly I just like the one you get from Murphy ngl. The one that increases damage based on charged fable slots. Especially on the weapon I'm using, the Noblesse Oblige, where the fable arts are either use up ergo or tank a hit. (The damage numbers be crazy on the charged heavies)
I do the same with 3 skill points in ergo collection and hunters amulet , made 500k ergo between chapter 2 to 5
But if u get the amulet from victor you will mis a quartz,i think its not worth the trade,maybe in ng+ when u carry over the weapon from ng
The amount of broken stuff you can equipt while being slightly heavy vs normal weight and how litte of a difference it is makes it worth

Most amulets are actually, situational, quite good, and not "trash". This game does almost everything right. It encourages you for NG and NG + (or ++ ?) so you can everything, smart development choice.
What amulets are good against the green monster of the swap boss if it's your first play through?
Make sure to have the acid converter on
Don't be slightly heavy
Fire grind stone or weapon with fire
Thermites for bonus damage if needed
And I used the health regain Amulett

@@DirewolfTEG yeah i agree phase 2 is litteraly bullshit bad game design. I would recommend Iron wall amulet patience amulet and depending on ur build tehnique amulet or strenght amulet or advanced amulet
What about all the +2 amulets, how do you find thoses, beat the the game 2 times already, wont the higher tier but not a single video about the upgraded version.

U think it is viable to try out a No-Flask High Dmg build? With the Fable-Slot Amulet, more dmg if weapon is repaired and more dmg if no puls cells left...and more, i just cant remember xD
It could be possible to be honest - Extreme high damage output and heal whenever you need it
Yeah, but theres the problem with the heal if u got no flasks...as far as i played there are 2x DMG buff in the P-Organ that gives you more output if u have no puls-cells...i was thinking about the dozens of buffs souls players sometimes do before a fight...so in my case u would empty your cells, cover your blade in elemental, have it fully repaired and then: DAMAGE!!!

@@P4wnyhof the standard for content that tries to determine the value of items in build games is *well* established. the value you placed on everything was just how you "felt" about them instead of actually identifying each key utility for comparisons. a certain level of analysis when it comes to "ranking" content is obviously demanded to have this even considered as *valid.* this is purely casual at best, which is the most confusing and misleading part of your whole presence. not to mention you dont even HAVE the Conquering Amulet which is up for debate as the strongest skill based amulet in the game??
the fact that you missed that in the "most powerful amulets- in lies of p" shows your intention to just throw this out without concern for quality. simply do your due diligence

I've played the entire game slightly heavy, i am on NG+ chapter 6, what's so wrong about it? did not feel like i was slow...does it affect the parry timing?
no they just make themselves believe that its terrible but its not
the higher your weight % is the slower your stamina recovers.... which also nerfs out the stamina amulet too because its a % of current speed (15%)
Wasting an amulet slot to increase your equip load? I find that yo be a waste of a slot. Just invest into capacity instead. You are basically wasting a slot with something your attributes can natural give you and also, your P-organ in NG++. I would rather have as much amulet slots possible increasing my damage output instead. Also, the HP regeneration ring is quite useless for boss fights. It is actually usefull during world exploration instead. The regeneration/second makes very little difference during a boss fight.

Health regain is 3 to 4 extra hits you can take during a boss fight if not more
Extra weight is perfect for your Ng which most people do and stop
@P4wnyhof for what I have seen most people actually don't level up capacity enough and end up being "slightly heavy" through the whole game. Even people that do wear the ring, end up being slightly heavy.
As for the regeneration ring, I did not only try it but used it for most of my NG. I made some testing and found it was not worth it.
Funny how Puppet Destroyer is bad because it increases damage (ALL of it) vs puppets by "only 10-15%", but Arm of God is great because it added 200 damage on CONSECUITIVE 5 hits which is less than 8% increase. Oh, yeah... also weights a lot and only affects physical damage. L - logic!

I don't see how the regen amulet can be useful, the regen is uber trash and take forever.
It's useful if u have no enemies around. U Just sit, wait, or go to loo. I only use it for that reason so I don't use up flasks
Are u counting from 20 onwards for the seconds the effect lasts?
I am sorry but telling people recharged amulet is ANY good is straight up baiting. IT DOSE NOTHING same with 1+ variant. Oh 1 or 2 hp PER SECOND? oh let me ask the boss to pause till i heal or just run around for a couple of minutes. You are better off using pullcels or just reset at a stargazer. IF ur in a boss fight learn the pattern but if you really preffer running around for 2 minutes until you regen ur hp hoping u wont get hit sure suit your self. But that is one of the worst if not the worst amulet in the whole game.

Best amulet is the one that makes you immune to status effects
quite situational, wouldn't have it on at all times. I would swap rings if i need to heal, need to top up extra health or need to traverse a swamp or fight an attribute enemy. otherwiese i'm always running blue guardianship, recharge, extreme modification and iron amulet
The recharge health amulet is only good against non bosses and just moving around against bosses its worthless.

Man I really like your videos and content but saying the carriers amulet and HP regain amulet need to be equipped is just wrong…sorry.
Level up capacity instead of wasting an amulet slot, and 2 HP regain per second is utterly insignificant in a fight.

The game doesn’t give a crap about stats and gear. Amulets are extremely negligible in terms of damage reduction. The game forces you to play a very specific play style that actually makes these items essentially irrelevant. Prob the only ones that you CAN see a difference would be the status resistance (break,disruption, shock, etc). The rng elements in this game are placed in the wrong places. Damage outgoing is rng based while dang received is consistently scaled up and over powered. So showing weapon dmg, combos is irrelevant as most of the time you don’t have any chance to take advantage. “Stagger” mechanic is false and misleading. The white bar doesn’t stagger them or weaken them, but gives you a “chance” to stun them, yet they still move more aggressively and can still execute a deadly combo. If you manage to get the crit, again the dmg is rng, as it will never be noticeable enough to be able to do more damage than the boss does to you. This game, if anything, magnifies the issues of these style games where they are made difficult JUST to be difficult instead of being challenging to be fun. It’s not fun.

What successful attack means in arm of god amulet?

@@P4wnyhofbut then why not call it after every hit , BCS for a successful attack in Elden Ring meant some conditions to be met
@@sasanr1 successful attack is any attack that causes damage and is not deflected (ie blocked by stalkers, shielders etc.)
Where did you get the % values from? when I tested the puppet damage amulet it added 20% damage for me
wiki basically. and the puppet damage amulet is around 15 % very good
