I put a 440 on my silver fox cart a few years ago when you offered a discount code! I did a stage1 kit and header. Runs great! Still waiting to see you do a new front suspension on yours do It can copy it! 😉👌
N.B. Add another flange or pillow block bearing to the CVT driven pulley, cause I've snap a couple of jack-shafts, I've learned the hard way, never leave cantilevered shaft with high speed, high powered transmission. Mine flew overhead like a rocket !!! Luckily, it didn't hit the back of my head !!!
I had the same problem on my minibike when I installed a torq-a-verter. The engine just would not rev out so I moved the spring on the driven pulley to the next hole like you talked about and it made a huge difference.
I like the idea of tighten the preload on secondary clutch. A before and after would be a great video hearing it and seeing it with go pro. Love them tuning vids. I’d asume you have multi spring preload holes. If not then drill a hole to set tighter
@@RedBeardsGarage yes man definitely want a gravy bones kart I've been patiently waiting lol for real tho put me on the limited edition list man thanks great video hopefully I can come to a meet this summer any plans for KY for weekend?
A simple hinge design, some old valve springs, hardware, and you can add suspension to the seat bracket. It'll help keep the cart from trying to jackhammer your spine through the floorpan.
I would totally buy frames to build if you sold them, I love the "grown up" single seat setup especially since I'm 6'5" myself, I don't fit in most yard cart frames I think it'd be worth it to sell frames, even in different stages, maybe rolling frames with brakes, probably without wheels and tires so people can choose what they want. I'm for it, I'd buy em. Possibly make a little side business of my own building them special order...
fun fact Wd-40 was not created to lubricate , penetrate or loosen up rusted parts - it does but as a side effect , it was originally created by N.A.S.A. as a water displacement used in at the time in rocket engines , later used in ww2 to "dry out" distributer caps and iginition parts on planes. WD-40 = water displacement formula 40
Could you take that same size frame and add a suspension system to it. Everyone builds for medium size people. Glad to see something for us big ole boys. 6'2" 400lbs.
I'm 6'7" 275#'s an would love to have a cart like that but I'm too long for that kind of fun it seems hence why I just ride dirt bikes but would love to have a cart that performs like a yard cart but with suspension an a harley motor lol yes sounds crazy but it's fitting for my style!
Such a killer kart. Love everything you build and how well you explain it all. I just got my yerf dog 3002 back into the garage and have been stripping it down. Im almost certain this has never been taken apart, nearly every bolt in it is rust welded in there! 🥲 Side note, do you think the Tecumseh 6.5hp engine is worth fixing up/modifying? It runs, hates bumps though. I have a 22mm Mikuni clone and 1" straight header on it and it gets me (240lbs) up to 35mph +/-. I would love to follow your road to horsepower and build my own 212 predator up one day but the money is not there right now. Much love from WA state.
I would like to see a kit that you could weld together at your house with more suspension for a big boy to ride 300-pounder 64 fuel tank included in the kit steering Etc
I'm still very interested in this cart frame! This would be a great father son project considering my son is 6' and just turned 13! Subscribing to stay up to date!!
have you seen the cars n Cam.. micro car? Do a collaboration vid with GPS (Go Pow..) sponsoring a Dyno 670 + Engine and a hi/low range tranny from RBW (rather b..) T-90 set up... logos... rumble seat, side by side wheels... tow bar
@@sickduck66 going off of some earlier videos from when he tore down the 459 you'll have to find a 625 cc header if you're doing that amount of performance
Would definitely fit my 6'3" 250lb frame 😊 let's us know how much a frame would run!! Awesome vid!

Y'all need to build a track in that wide open space.
You should make a mini bike version of this. Great job guys as usual.
Pretty sure that's called a motorcycle 😂

We will do that sir. Next week.

Great video love that 440 working on one my self big blocks is a game changer
If only we have a free state called "MotorCity" to race these cool toys !!! Bring all your motorized contraptions !!!
Drop tire pressure down to around 10 lbs maybe 5 lbs. On the cvt make sure you have both solid pulley halves inboard
dude thats super rad. im a 6'4" 280 pound dude and i never fit in go carts. id be interested in a frame if i can get some money up!

I NEED THIS KART, MAN I NEED THIS ASAP
Gravy bones kart!! I'm still into a possible kit for this, if you ever decide to market it!
Love your video
I like the silly lube for work. I use it on my air tools so they don't collect saw dust and get all gummed up.

I wouldn't mind having one of these

Now this is my size kart😮 I love it❤
That is an impressive kart 👍

Maybe a set of plans for the jig and kart frame?
Maybe give people an option for a parts kit they weld themselves, or a done frame?
What about dropping tire pressure? Maybe make it less bouncy also sounds like it has a gov still
I think you should sell kits that we weld together. also, have you considered selling plans?
Lol that’s the way to go
What could you sell them for just as a precut and bends and I do all the welding for it?
That cart is cool to
Nice
That's a fast kart
I’m thinking maybe big kart 2.0 suspension motorcycle engine 👀😂….MANUALL😂😂
Look to me like it needs a little front suspension. Just a little.

why a harley motor?
Can you sell the blue prints for Gravy Bones? That would be awesome to!!!!
You could sell the prints or as a weld it yourself kit!
Anyone have a link to the tires on the go kart i cant find them anywhere
Any dimensions(plans for sale) available for the frame? How about an unwelded frame kit?
Lmao. Lonnie looks like a 10 year old driving that thing. Good stuff fellas. 😂

How can I get the XL Go-Karts
Pb blaster needs to sell in New Zealand
Screw blocks on the pedals
Meanwhile I can’t figure out why my predator 212 won’t idle after installing stage one kit & will cut off after slowing down.

What's can you make with a 1000rr motorcycle motor
How much would that go kart cost to build and all your build just wanting to know

I have a massimo gka 200 and was wondering if I can pick your brain about it
Solid axle carts don't impress me anymore. Gotta have fully independent front and rear. I'm done bouncing!
