Hi sir . I am a Hvac technician. One of our site I am facing one of our 300 TR chiller getting phases loss alarm. This chiller have 300 Ton screw compressor full load Amps around 700amps (star delta starter )in this compressor manufacturer provided in built motor protector This motor protector is monitoring phase loss, under voltage ,over voltage,phase sequence etc ( motor proctor INT 69 HBY Model) This motor protector connected to the main contactor out put. This motor protector giving some time phase loss alarm. So we replaced motor protector but still same alarm . (Some time this compressor working more than 24 hours without any problem if we reset the alarm again it will work around 24 hours then again phase loss alarm) and this chiller we installed additional phase monitor for main incoming power supply also but this phase monitor is not giving phase loss alarm only the motor protector is giving phase loss alarm( which we connected load side), we replaced star delta and main contactors still same alarm . Then we bypass the motor protector which is connected with main contactor out put after 24 hours compressor Tripped high Amps That means really there's phase loss happening,(high Amps setting is 700amps )( There are 3 current transformers to monitor R Y B Amps and this connected to the microprocessor) . Now I observe only the load side is getting phase loss ( main incomer phase monitor is not tripping) we checked the voltage drop also voltage also ok as per compressor requirements. If you have any idea please comment why phase loss happening only load side.

1.230 Mohms മിനിമം വേണം
അത് ഏറ്റവും കുറഞ്ഞ വാല്യൂ ആണ് അതെങ്കിലും വേണം മുകളിലോട്ട് എത്ര വേണമെങ്കിലും ആകാം..

ചെയ്തില്ല main ആയി ht കേബിൾ ന് ഒരു ജോയിന്റ് ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു ആ ഒരു സംശയത്തിന്റെ പുറത്ത് ആണ് ടെസ്റ്റ്‌ ചെയ്തത്.
ആ സമയത്ത് തന്നെ റിപ്പോർട്ട്‌ കിട്ടി മറ്റു പല rmu കളും ട്രിപ്പ് ആയിട്ടുണ്ട് എന്ന്.
പിന്നെ ഓപ്പൺ ടെസ്റ്റ്‌ അടിച്ചപ്പോൾ പ്രശ്നം ഒന്നും കണ്ടും ഇല്ല.
ചാർജ് ചെയ്തു നോക്കിയപ്പോൾ പ്രശ്നവും ഇല്ല.

അതായത് 230 v ആണ് എങ്കിൽ അതിനെ kv യിൽ ആക്കുക 0.230+1= 1.230 M ohms
ഇത് മിനിമം എങ്കിലും വേണ്ട വാല്യൂ ആണ്..
