1 of the director's in TFI who gives lots of depth to characters & story with visible touch of Telugu culture.. lucky to hv him here ❤ hope to c more of his films 😊😊
Thank you very much Sangeetha Devi, for such a nice interview. Your interviews are exemplary giving insights into the art and craft of the film maker than focusing on their personal stuff. Your interviews are way above on a higher plane.
Such a good interview- finally - on point and all of them were spot on
He chooses to talk in Telugu instead of English.. ❤❤ you’re an inspiration
P.S . I don’t know how to write in Telugu on yt😅
Was waiting for the super genius and talented Vivek Athreya.
Genius is a small word because Ante Sundaraniki is being remade in Hollywood, and 69 other foreign languages. The highly anticipated Hollywood version will feature Leonardo Di Caprio in the lead role, while the legendary Martin Scorsese takes on the director's chair. Interestingly, Leo was so moved by Nani's performance that he began refining his own acting skills. Not just that buddy, Martin Scorsese too discovered the profound essence of masterful storytelling and direction by watching Ante Sundaraniki.
@@joymohanshiva doesn't need Hollywood validation I guess....
He is very good in terms of screenplay...
@@harshusaaho7623 Yes. Ante Sundaraniki is the Mona Lisa of screenplays. It's up there with the greats like Mayabazar and The Godfather.
@@joymohanshiva spot on
Nice and Crisp way of interviewing. Good to see THE HINDU folks have started doing interviews of film directors. Nice effort in this direction. Giants like THE HINDU and their standards are Very much needed in interviewing folks from movie industry as well.
Thank you the hindu. Great initiative

You guys should interview vishal Chandra Shekhar ( sita ramam fame)
Final interview of the series? I really liked the series, can we get the big guys who are okay with coming on too? Or music directors.
Big guys 😂 means routine rotta masala directors?
@@KumarB819 Tharun Bhascker interview chudu, he also was like you but he now understands why such films have a space. Nuv edo thope anukuntunnavemo.
@@meatbeater159 avunu nenu thopey . Commercial films antey tamil stars chesinattu vundali Telugu lo chesinattu rotta la with anti gravity fights , item songs kaadu . @@KumarB819 relax bro. He also mentioned music director, did you see that?
@@vamcKrishna-ku2sf or music directors annadu , so ? I was talking about directors.
Those last dialogues are spot on. Audience are predicting it .
Don't really agree that caper crime comedy was done icebreaking by maniratnam because there is classic in that genre which breaked all norms kshna kshanam it was blast in that genre which is actual inspiration to many swamy rara type of films
Athreya garu, thriller ivvandi please
The cameraman has used rule of one third for the outside part, but for the later part, he made Sangeetha/Vivek at the centre of the screen, this shouldn't have been done.

Vivek bro have a potential of valcano of ideas, but if he has to blast one at a time
This series lacks novelty as it features the same directors who have already been interviewed by numerous others, and you did not ask any new questions specifically related to their craft. Instead, you focused solely on their personal journey using sophisticated language. There are other filmmakers, aside from these one-time wonders, who have also made good films, yet have been overlooked. Allow me to provide assistance since your research seems to be limited.
Ritesh Rana - Mathu Vadalara
Meher Tej - Family Drama
Ravikanth Perepu - Ksanam
Sree Harsha Konugati - Hushaaru
Uday Gurrala - Mail
Venu - Balagam
Ugandhar Muni - A (Ad Infinitum)
Jakka Hariprasad - Play back
Praveen - Cinemabandi
Anudeep - Jathiratnalu
Vinod - Middle Class Melodies
Hasith - Raja Raja Chora
Sandeep Raj - Color Photo
Actually it's a great series. It takes the work of directors with a body of work and not those who have done only one film
But yeah your list of directors too is great. They should be interviewed.
@@tyagarajakinkara I did not find anything particularly great about this series. She posed the same questions as others before her, which diminished the originality of the interviews. It would have been insightful if The Hindu had also interviewed the mentioned directors, exploring their experiences with their subsequent films. Asking them about any challenges they faced, what they learned from their mistakes, and other thought-provoking questions would have added depth to the interviews, rather than just inviting the same bunch and doing bhajan.
Telugu lo maatladataaniki enduku antha ibbandi Anchor garu?
It's an English channel... E matram telugu lo matladinandhuku aina santhosinchali....
All languages vallu interview chudadaniki, that's why they add subtitles to telugu words also
