This, for me, was absolutely one of my favorite morning yoga videos I've found on being mindful and gentle at the same time. Thank you for this video. I added some gentle wrist stretch at the end as well as a nice downward dog with a little movement side to side to top it off.
Thank you so much for this video, I often have tension in my back in the morning and this really helps to stretch it out. I am also a migraine sufferer and I find this is nice and gentle and helps reduce the pain and discomfort. I am slow in the morning, so this really is a perfect way to start the day. Namaste!
I stopped practicing yoga for five years after breaking my ankle on a hike. This video is the perfect re-introduction for me. Perfect for a morning wake-up and to gently restore the tendons in my ankle back to some semblance of flexibility. Thanks!

I've had this in my morning yoga queue for a few months and finally did it. I usually stick to 10-15 min in the am so the length was more than I typically do/have time for. Glad I finally did it. So nice! I imagine this would be nice at the end of day as well. Thank you!

If I can be constructive Kris... for early morning Yoga, there were too many words. Some gentle prompting and guiding but with more spaces between the words... would have been better for me. Namaste
Yes I welcome all feedback. Doesn't have to just be positive and constructive is very much appreciated so long as it's not which yours wasn't.
