    I started ballet at 19. I dont have a " good" feet. So this exercises will help me!

    Thank you for this! I had ankle surgery this spring, and while my PT is over and my strength and stamina have returned for performance, I have to work with my foot/ankle on a daily basis to prevent any unwanted scar tissue forming. These exercises have been very helpful to me and my range of motion is almost back to normal. Thank you!!

      The second exercise for me really ok . In my work ,i stand for many hours and I walk a lot. This exercise and the others allo perfect at the and of the day😊

    If someone has no arch it's the bone structure it can't be changed
