Why is it called Japanese street?
Hey John, Soi Thaniya is know to be Bangkok's Little Tokyo. This street is lined with 4-storey shophouses filled with a variety of businesses such as massages, karaoke, bars, and restaurants, catering to an almost exclusively Japanese clientele. The signboards and menus are all mostly in Japanese, while the people working along this street are all mostly able to communicate in Japanese as well.
