I stayed at the Grand Swiss hotel on Soi 11 and it was around $40 a night. It's right in the middle of everything without all the noise

The nearest beaches are 1-2 hours drive away from central Bangkok. You could consider going to Pattaya instead as it has both nightlife and beaches.
There are some boutique hotels in that area which offers 1 month stay at an affordable price. You can approach the hotel staff to check.😊
