Yes the businesses are mostly all up and running 👍
unfortunately today Patpong is barely a whisper of what is was when the title of premier entertainment district of Bangkok was bestowed upon it. Sanitised and gentrified, hardly any of it is recognisable from the frenzy that was the early - mid 1980s.
Sad but true, those were it's best days.
Pro tip: 10 years from now, people will miss what it is today.

Thaniya Japanese street is definitely underrated. I've seen the most beautiful girls there but my question is can white guys go there or is it just for Japanese guys because the videos I watch I only see Japaneses guys there.
It is very underrated in my opinion, and not many people know about this nightlife location. These establishments along Thaniya street are not limited to only Japanese clientele. Most of these establishments I’ve seen welcome clients of all races. 😊

Hey John! These establishments you see in the video are a variety of gentleman’s lounges, karaoke dens, go-go bars and massage parlors mostly targeting the Japanese market. The ladies are sitting outside the shops they work at, in hopes to get a customer to choose them for some fun and entertainment inside.
