Supreme Court | Win For Mineral Rich States In Court, Can Collect Past Dues On Royalty & Other News

- The Supreme Court today allowed mining-rich states to collect past dues on royalties from mining companies. The court ordered that states can impose levies with effect from April 1, 2005 and the payments will be staggered in 12 years.
Last month, the Supreme Court upheld state governments' right to levy royalty on mineral-bearing land, reasoning they had the competence and power to do so.

This though seems very true and fact that she was raped and murdered and the peronal physical actors out upon her body, the rape and murder, has been comnited and they are found, or have they not been?
Eye witness testimonies?
Ir only hear say. Any video of or around the hospital , and cell phone video of rhe areas and cooperative evidence to more so affirm eye witness and hear say ?
