Talking about the ghost of Senna... some of my friends from Australia were talking on social media recently and one mentioned "Hey remember that time we flew (model airplanes) with Senna?" and I was like... hold the phone, what? and damned if they didn't produce pictures to prove it true, it turns out a lot of my hobby friends were honored enough to hang out with him and share a passion for model aircraft!! MIND BLOWN!!!
yes was in South Australia. He was a real enthusiast. He and his girlfriend visited the local club.
Jenson is a great interview. Clearly someone who appreciates cars for the experience, not the nameplate.

Gerri Horner's realtionship with Christian was public knowledge for along ass time
@@htcdesire1222 So thing is, I don't know squat about the Spice Girls other than they were big, maybe even massive. Had to look up Ginger Spice to find out that her actual name is Geri Haliwell. So Jensen was the first to make that connection despite the focus on Horner and family in DTS season 2.

Great episode! Jenson seems like such a down to earth dude! It’s good Ant prods him on to tell stories of his F1 days because he was so nonchalant about it! I’m looking forward to the reveal of the car.

Ant has clearly forgotten about the wonderful collection of "Is Born" TV shows with Mark Evans. A Car Is Born, A Car Is Reborn, A Race Car Is Born, A 4x4 Is Born, An MG Is Born. All multi-episode TV shows about building a single car. All of them but the MG one were 15 episodes each. He also did a light aircraft, a helicopter, and a few motorcycles.
They were great shows .

The Chevrolet Chevette is a rear-drive car. Back in the day, used to go out in a friends parent's PoS with the goal of getting the catalytic converter cherry red.
i just gave them a piece of history , and 2 years ago i went to Portugal and came close to buying a Vauxhall version wanted to bring it to America but because my garage there was full and no where else to store until i could bring it i had to skip it

If by any miracle Ant Anstead reads these comments (I doubt it) his Alfa program was not the first multiple build series of a car. Mark Evans did it over 15 or so episode with A Car Is Born. It was on Discovery back about 20 years ago. Really cool and worth watching. He also did a Jag, a 4x4, a plane, a helicopter and a trike. Check them out sometime.

hey Matt the Chevette was a world car T platform for GM they were all rwd came in many body types and brands Chevy and Vauxhall chevette Opel City , Isuzu Gimini/iMark ,Pontiac Acadian/T1000 after came the Xbody platform , citation was one of them , GM went backwards lol
