The thing is, Palpatine is in control of both sides of the war. He's telling the Jedi to get Jabba's son back, in order to establish good relations with Jabba. At the same time, he's telling Dooku and Ventress to sabotage those efforts. But no matter who succeeds or fails, Palpatine is the ONLY one who wins. It's not as simple as “oh he's lying to the Jedi, but telling the truth to Dooku and Ventress ". He's playing both sides at the same time, and no matter who seemingly defeats who, Palpatine is the only winner at any given point of the entire war.

If you want to see how it goes when Ahsoka realizes Anakin became Vader then, after Clone Wars, it’s time to get into Rebels.
That show is seriously underrated by many.

41:41 Ahsoka’s theme song is ICONIC (it starts with only 3 powerful notes that’s immediately recognizable, followed by 5 more). It’s in its small and simple flute stage in this movie, but her theme grows orchestrally, mirroring her character development throughout the show. When you’re done with The Clone Wars, look up the compilation of the times her theme was used, it gives complete goosebumps

Okay, incoming. You have been warned! 😆
First things first, I loved the reaction, and congratulations on getting sponsors now!! I'm proud of you!
Next, technicalities. Anakin became a Jedi Knight immediately after Episode II. Battlefield knighting for his service on Geonosis. You see it at the tail end of the episode when his padawan braid's gone in the wedding to Padmé. This means that he's graduated from Obi-Wan's tutelage all through the Clone Wars and Episode III (and becoming Sidious's apprentice is actually a demotion). It also means Obi-Wan is free to take another apprentice, and Anakin as a Jedi Knight can train his as well. Qui-Gon was cleared to take Anakin because he released Obi-Wan for his trials to become a knight (unceremoniously, dismissively, with not a lot of respect for Obi-Wan's abilities, just so enthusiastic to take Anakin). Obi-Wan was able to train Anakin because he also received a battlefield knighting after defeating Maul. Training an apprentice to knighthood is how a Jedi Knight becomes a Jedi Master. When an apprentice calls their teacher, "Master," it's a courtesy. When that apprentice becomes a knight, their teacher is a master in truth. So Obi-Wan is a Jedi Master with a seat on the Council in Episode III largely because he trained Anakin to knighthood.
It is implied he and Yoda conspired to get Anakin Ahsoka to teach. For Obi-Wan, it was probably another lesson intended to teach Anakin to be less reckless and to take responsibility for someone else (and probably also gratifying to see Anakin struggle with someone as stubborn and rash as he is). But Yoda, in addition to speaking absolute truth about Anakin's ultimate weakness when he referred to Anakin one day having difficulty letting Ahsoka go, also alluded to something he himself hoped for Obi-Wan.
You said it: Obi-Wan is always cleaning up Anakin's messes. He is the galaxy's BIGGEST mother hen. Anakin is a Jedi Knight now, but Obi-Wan still hasn't let him go, and he really doesn't until the Obi-Wan Kenobi TV show, where Vader himself in a moment of grace gives Obi-Wan the comforting lie Obi-Wan later tells Luke Skywalker. That is the moment where Obi-Wan finally accepts Anakin is no longer his responsibility, no longer his to carry and save and mourn. And in my opinion, there is a large extent to which Obi-Wan's care for Anakin enabled Anakin to rise to the heights he did without self-reflection, as you note. Without dealing with the consequences for the bad choices he made and his character flaws. For a long, long time, Obi-Wan did more than forgive Anakin: he covered for him. If Anakin went in and cut a bloody swathe, Obi-Wan picked up the pieces. If Anakin was rude and temperamental, Obi-Wan was there to charm everyone into forgetting it. Obi-Wan knew about Anakin and Padmé and let Anakin stand in his dishonor and hypocrisy because he couldn't give Anakin up. Anakin is Obi-Wan Kenobi's one glaring weakness and his biggest hypocrisy.
It's not necessarily true that Anakin never respected him. More accurate? In the heat of his temperamental moments, Anakin rarely *listened* to Obi-Wan. But he adored his master and thought incredibly highly of him. It's canon in the prequels. He says it. Obi-Wan is like a father to him. Anakin thinks Obi-Wan is as powerful as Mace Windu and as wise as Master Yoda-i.e., Obi-Wan is as great and good as the greatest and best of the Jedi. Anakin learned *a lot* from Obi-Wan. It's highlighted more in Obi-Wan Kenobi and the EU materials because Episodes II and III are more straight-up adventures less concerned with the development of Anakin and Obi-Wan's relationship and more with its state at those time periods.
But Anakin also had a lot of frustrations with Obi-Wan as a master. Many of them were planted and encouraged by Palpatine. But not all of them. Obi-Wan was stingy with praise. He was always quicker with a sassy one-liner than a compliment, always telling Anakin the ways that he was messing up. (I think part of this was Obi-Wan's own insecurities, and part of it was how he had learned to teach from Qui-Gon, who was even worse, but it was a thing.) Obi-Wan always hovered. It made Anakin feel untrusted. (In reality, it was Obi-Wan's love that made him hover; if anything, he trusted Anakin too much.) So when Anakin got his own padawan, he set out to be a better master than his own.
And one of the saddest things is I do think he managed it. Anakin doesn't always teach Ahsoka the right things. He teaches her a lot of his own flaws as a Jedi and as a person. But *as a teacher,* he is much warmer, more trusting, and more laid back than Obi-Wan. He protects Ahsoka without babying her. He lets her face responsibility for her own mistakes but also always has her back. He encourages her when she needs it but also challenges her. He is amazing. And it's terrible that when we see him in III, he isn't a master-because something's gone wrong.
I so look forward to seeing you react to their journey.

Honestly, either jedi Dooku, Plo-Koon or Anakin. Both Dooku and Anakin were unorthodox jedi and Plo was still one of the few council members who weren’t blinded by ego or dogmatic laws (ehm…Windu and Ki Adi Mundi), all three were amazing duelits, powerful in the Force and wise in their own way (Dooku and Plo like your wise father figure and Anakin as the older brother who you look up to and he knows and can do a lot). In my opinion every other jedi master (except for Qui Gon) was too strict in following the jedi code which was one of the main reasons Why they were blind to see the problem.

Anakin had already become a Knight (notice his hair is longer than in Attack of the Clones lol). Therefore both Obi-Wan and Anakin could have a Padawan.
As for Anakin's maturity, he's definitely more mature in the Clone Wars and at the beginning of Revenge of the Sith (when he is a Knight) than he was during Attack of the Clones (when he was still a Padawan). Even his dynamic with Obi-Wan improved. They were friends, not just Master and Padawan. I feel his nightmare about Padme dying interrupted his progress, made him lose his mind, he became desperate, the Jedi offered no solutions, and well, we all know how things ended.
Watch Rebels (series) once you're done with The Clone Wars. You'll get your answers regarding how Ahsoka feels about Anakin becoming Darth Vader.

At this point Anakin is a Knight, not a Padawan anymore.
Dont forget to watch the Clone Wars animated microseries from 2003, they iconically introduce Ventress in those as well as Master Luminara Unduli and her Padawan Barris Offee. Although not canon anymore since the 2008 CGI series, the microseries also shows Anakin being knighted.
Don't forget that that small series also indroduces General Grievous... I'll let you meditate on this.
Anakin seems more "mature" just because he's in his element, war and adventure. As long as there is some action, he'll be alright. Ironically, there was no better Jedi than Anakin to be fighting in the Clone Wars. He's not the contemplative type.
Hutts have a very long lifespan, hundreds of years if I recall.

Well Jabba as a Hutt is probably vain and has big ego hehe, as a leader of his own Hutt cartel, controlling the local underworld, riuch and powerful and so on hehe. Hutts are prone to debauchery and are self absorbed in their glory, well as a species the Hutts ARE powerful, they control their own vast portion of galaxy, their Hutt Space, basically ruling their on little 'empire' though it's not really formal like that hehe. They control many planets and whole species are serving them and they have vast influence over ENTIRE galaxy's criminal underworld (though of course ther are myriads of other criminal organizations out there).

I loved this movie when it came out. As usual with new Star Wars content, it got a lot of shit from the fandom menace.

People really get emersed in trying to tie all the stories together but yes the Clone Wars was an after thought. Lucas once said if he had all the time he would have done something like the Clone Wars for the movies but admitted he just could not have all that story in the movies. So after Lucas was done with the movies he created the Clone Wars animations as a vision of what he would have liked to expand on. So nothing really fits together except in the minds of fans.

I chose to watch this movie over The Dark Knight in theater and I don't regret that decision

Now that you have watched all of the Star Wars movies (of worth), you have to watch the Indiana Jones movies. Should be a great time for you given your apparent infatuation with Harrison Ford

Fair warning: The Ahsoka series is not that great. It's got its moments, yes. But ultimately it's rather meh.
