This is definitely a misleading content, You're blaming the fruit while actually you're talking about the added sugars and the processed juices in general,And you didn't mention this at all, You just talking about the Juice as if natural juices are the same as the processed ones. Be careful next time, you will lead people to think that fruits are bad.
Thank you for watching and commenting. I should have made that point a bit clearer; you are right. Freshly squeezed orange juice contains similar amounts of calories and sugars as store-bought juice, around 110 kcal in an 8 oz glass (source: www.nutritionvalue.org/100%25_squeezed_orange_juice_544048_nutritional_value.html). However, freshly squeezed juice probably contains a bit more vitamins and antioxidants. What I would like to emphasize with this video is that a glass of juice is more like a snack than something you drink to quench your thirst. I advise my patients to eat the whole fruit rather than just drink the juice. I would even prefer them to eat more vegetables instead of fruits because of the sugars. Fruits aren't bad, but moderation is key.
