Koya features a conversation about suicide prevention, the field of positive psychology, and the empowerment of individual well-being. The guest, Niyc Pidgeon, a positive psychologist, distinguishes positive psychology from traditional psychology by its focus on human strengths and virtues, rather than disorders and diseases. The conversation covers the importance of preventing suicidal thinking, connecting with others, and the role of community in individual healing. Niyc shares personal experiences and insights on utilizing simple, daily practices for mental wellness, the significance of gratitude and positive emotions, and how a spiritual practice can support one's mental health. Additionally, the discussion tackles building adult friendships, managing social anxiety, and the future vision for a society more educated in positive psychology to potentially reduce suicidal behaviors.

Not everything stems from your childhood we need people that are very deceiving and very evil I mean they can even be literally murderers and we don't know that look at Ted Bundy we're attracted to another human that's kind and gentle and these place people know how to play the parts I really kind of starting to resent the fact that you all blame everything in the past and in your childhood you grow up you get over your childhood but what if it wasn't bad and you meet bad people I have children that are empaths and they're very kind and we will raise with abundance and family abundance of Love on my son narcissistic woman and when men fall in love they fall hard so that said it has nothing to do with his past because it was wonderful he would look at her in a shocking weigh when she first yelled at him he was shocked that maybe we should teach our maybe we should teach our kids to be narcissist because you don't know what's out there and everybody's a narcissist so they'll blend in what about people like me and my son was really set up by the girl to the point where he didn't want to live anymore but it was because of the way he grew up that he couldn't go through it because he remembered how much he's really loved and he remembered this was a mistake he chose unwisely because she was furtive and tricked me so I think you need to go back to psychology classes
