I have these as a treat a couple of times a week. They keep me out of the Little Debbie products that the wife and kid eat. I’m keto-vore, but these are cheating almost without cheating. Basically the only source of carbs for me. I’m OMAD and 0carb the rest of the time. I would think they’re medicinal, rather than dietary. Gotta be better than Little Debbie.
Probably the best option would be to make them yourself so you can control the ingredients more closely. The No Sugar Company makes some that I personally would choose over these ones. But again my preference would be to make them myself. Hope that helps.
Best option if you have time is to eat at home. Taste wise, they are great but Atkins is too expensive.
