I would take the peanut butter from the first recipe and make little balls or discs to freeze then use the chocolate recipe of the second one. I would put the chocolate in a piping bag, squeeze some in the mold, place in a pb frozen center and top with more chocolate. Perfect little yummies 😋

My thought...put the molds in the freezer, and only do the six at a time. Use the peanut butter mixer from two sleevers to fill the molded ones. And definitely keep the coconut out in the chocolate mixture. That’s why you couldn’t get the nice cut in the first recipe.

An easier way to cut the chocolate is to use a hot knife. Put hot water in a tall glass or cup. Leave it in there for a few minutes. Lift the knife out. Dry it with paper towel to avoid lint, and score the chocolate. Put the knife back into the hot water after each slice. Repeat. Then go back through to finish the slicing, using the same method. And both recipes look absolutely delish!

I made the bars by: Two Sleever's. I put them uncovered in the freezer. right after I made them for about an hr. These are Amazing!! Taste as close to a Reese, that I have tried!!! Thank you for all the recipes to try!! I am a Subscriber. You're my go to for recipes!! God bless you and yours!

I haven't tried any other recipe, but that Two Sleevers is pretty amazing. That tastes about as close to Reeses Peanut Butter Cups as you can get! I chuckled because I too, also had to use my 6 inch corning ware dish! Thank you, I enjoy your comparisons and your videos! Would love to meet you, we recently moved to GA for my husband's job and it would be great to meet other keto folks!

I've tried a version of the bars using coconut flour and maple syrup as the sweetener. Love the idea of the cups version. I need to try it with a dollop of jam inside as well.

I made Easter eggs with basically the same recipe as the bars with some butter, sesame flour, PB, salt and vanilla, used a plastic deviled egg holder and put them together like you did the second batch, put them in foil candy wrappers and they went fast on the dessert buffet

I enjoyed watching one of your videos for the first time. I recently found a recipe similar to your bar recipe, but they used peanut flour. I will definitely be checking out the company that you recovery for the chocolate chips.

Guilty of dropping some choc chips directly into the jar of peanut butter for a quick snack! I really like the idea of adding the "texture" ingredients to the peanut butter though. I made the mistake of getting one of those "regular" eggs this Easter, and it wasn't as good as I remember my favorite to be. This sounds like a delicious alternative, and won't make me feel yucky from all the sugar! Thanks for all the videos that send me in the right direction!!

Dear Wesley! If you spray the bottom of your dish prior to putting down the parchment, it will not slide around nearly as much. Someone else taught me this gold nugget - hope it helps you. Also, you can place your silicone molds in the freezer & pull them out just prior to filling. It gives you a good start on building up the sides.

Thanks for another great video! I made “peanut butter cups” for Easter, because I missed Reese‘s eggs. I basically made the second one, but put in smaller truffle size molds, and sweetened the peanut butter with Monk fruit. It was so good, and completely took care of my craving for Easter candy! I can’t wait to try the filling from the first one. That looks really good!

I make a peanut butter chocolate fat bomb recipe similar to the 1st recipe (no almond flour though) and it is done in several stages. It is melt in your mouth goodness and is a 5 star recipe I got online. It does break apart when cutting the squares, so making this in a silicone mold would be preferred as it won't break apart. This fat bomb recipe is about 1.9 net carbs with 4.4 total carbs per square (1.5" x 1.5") and helps me stay on track with my macros without an excess of sugar alcohols which are carbs when it is all said and done! They can be stored in the fridge for 10 days or so if they last that long!

    Pizza Keto 🍕
    Ingredients:
    - [ ] 2 cups Cauliflower (Finley Grated) (large option on cheese grater)
    - [ ] 2 cups Mozzarella Cheese (shredded), plus extra for topping
    - [ ] 2 Eggs, Large
    - [ ] Pasta sauce (don’t use pizza sauce because it has added sugar)
    - [ ] Pizza toppings of your choice (I like mushrooms, fresh tomato slices, and fresh basil.)
    Kitchen Equipment:
    - [ ] Cheese Grater
    - [ ] Parchment Paper
    - [ ] Baking Sheet
    Directions:
    Crust:
    1. Set oven to 450°F.
    2. Cut parchment paper to match the size and shape of your pizza pan, I use a baking sheet. Precut parchment paper fits perfectly.
    3. Finely grate your cauliflower. You want a fine, uniform texture like rice.
    4. Mix cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, and two eggs until well-combined. At this point, it will not look like it could possibly turn into pizza crust, but it will bake to a thin, crunchy, flexible crust.
    5. Place the cauliflower mixture at the center of the parchment paper on the pizza pan. Spread the mixture thinly but evenly throughout up to the edges of the pan.
    6. Bake crust at 450°F for 15 minutes.
    Toppings:
    1. Place a small dollop of tomato sauce, start with less than you think you’ll need at the center of your crust and spread it out nearly to the edge. Be conservative with the sauce, putting too much sauce can make the crust soggy.
    2. Add your keto toppings of choice.
    3. Return it to the oven and bake until the cheese is evenly melted and just beginning to turn golden on the surface. About 10 minutes @450°f.

Wes, if you use some coconut oil to the chocolate in the bar recipe, would it keep your chocolate top fm cracking ?
I'd definitely use the almond flour to the pb balls 😮
We like pb candies, so I'll be making at least, the bars AFTER we finish the candy bark. No need to have several sweets at the same time to temp us
