I had tried everything and nothing worked. I thought the vacuuming of the memory card and slot wouldn't work.but I read all the comments and thought ok I will try it. It worked. Computer is back to normal, doesn't keep turning on and off and no beeping. Thank you so much.

Thanks bro it's really helpful I faced this problem 2 times first time I followed these type of tips but it didn't work I bought a technistion he told all ok but ur hdmi cable that poles are broken 2 poles are not connected they told I replaced after that it's working
Again after few days I faced again same problem after that I checked hdmi cable all ok 👍

OMG MAN you saved my life I bought a graphics card to big for my pc And try to force my way in to the graphic slot and then when I try to take it out because it was working the graphics card holder broke off with it and then after that it started beeping nonstop follow this clean the ram it now works perfectly thank you

If its not working for anyone just clean the slots with a brush and the ram pins with an eraser, while installing the rams press them a little harder, This probably should fix this problem....
