LSL does have an impressive array of traction now. Nice to see it running on the mainline where it belongs, look forward to seeing it about somewhere
Used to get them Peaks on the summer specials to blackpool when i was geowing up in 80s . Awesome
Great to see the peak and the sound took me straight back to the long hot spotting days on the MML in the 70’s with 3rd Carabinier always on the Leicester St Pancras. Cheers.
The Peaks may never have existed if BR(M) had opted for Deltics.
45118 does look great, though
Great to see 45118 up and running - first Peak I ever saw, running as D67 (in blue) on a Summer Saturday York - Llandudno service leaving Colwyn Bay. Think it was the last Peak to have a classified at Derby Works and I managed to snap it soon after as 45118, ex-works, on a Bangor - Scarborough, again at Colwyn Bay. Got to be my favourite loco. Many thanks LSL!
Oh nice, nice nice nice! My favourite trip was Leeds to Stalybridge over Standedge behind a Peak, standing at the window all the way.
Sounds like a winner 👌👍
Great stuff
Peak looks awesome
Tidy tractor departure from platform 6
Lovely loco that mate - Well worth a trip out for when it’s running again 👍
Another Fine Product off Locomotive Services Group, The last time I saw 45118 on the main line was in the 80's @ St Pancras on a Passenger Service, when there was plenty of them in Service, I'm sure it had 2 glass Marker Lights then, the original Panels with the 2 spot marker lights look so much better, Look forward to this one on the Main Line, Well done guys at LMS just amazing.
Mmmm a Peak out and about ,as a Mr Clarkson would say OH YES ,cracking capture mate
Awesome
Extraordinary
Awsome😊
I look forward to seeing 45118 on tours! When was the last time a 45 was on the mainline post-BR?
Not sure but it’s been a good while! 👍
Pete Waterman's Class 46, D172 Ixion was mainline registered in the 1990's. Guess that would be the last one.
Hoovers, tractors, Brushes a plenty. Lovely to see a peak.
i aint seen a peak on the maimline in decades as i thought they would be popular but tractors/duffs/choppers 🚜 seem more popular on rail tours! nice video 🥰
Great video as always 👍
0:30 sssssh the tractors are still sleeping
Very nice to see a Peak on the mainline.
How busy is Crewe these days? For all traffic rather than specific headcode classes? It's ages since I've been to Crewe and watched trains coming and going in many varying directions.
Plenty going on today - See the video tomorrow to show you more! 🎥👍
Thanks, looking forward. 👍
But Rail Blue? Yeuuugh!
Ohh 67016 coming back!?
Yes - More on that tomorrow 👍
Crewe station looks derelict. Those bushes. Must not have been trimmed for years.
. There are weeds growing out of buildings. The roof is missing from the canopies. Very sad to see
It’s in desperate need of some renovations and the jungle needs to be felled again asap 🤞
Woah that’s a shocker thought harry needle got concrete bob. How come it’s at LSL
LSL will be providing the onwards movement for 37424 and 37425 on behalf of Harry Needle. 👍
@@trainsplanes ah ok thanks bud
Are those 175 going for scrap
Not that I’m aware of - they’re all being consolidated down at Landore for now.
Pity it's in blue and not green 😕
