I'm trying to get a flawless skin from last year i almost cleared my heavy tan with Mysore sandal Gold soap....and now i adopted to gentle cleanser....still my face becomes bad after stopped soap.... severe barrier damage....now last two weeks I'm feel good I'm following morning cleanser+ moisturizer and sunscreen on retinol next days and other days when I go outside.... evening cleanser+ Moisturizer....i feel good without any breakouts....I'm combination, normal, dry skin....still i can't conclude particularly

When you spoke about sun protection for those with beards you said to apply it, but didn’t say how. I’ve often wondered do you apply it only to the skin around the beard that is without hair? Isn’t the skin below the beard protected by the beard itself? On the other hand if you do apply it all over; how do you suggest one gets the sunscreen to the skin surface below the beard seeing as some sunscreens can be of a thick consistency?
