How can i reduce my LH 36.2

My test was @508 and my lh was at 99 😅...doing a rad140 cycle ATM plus enclomiphene...liver is fine too but according to google my lh should b between 1.8 and 8...should I worry about high lh when I've got hardly any side effects whatsoever?

*Please help - are FSH 2 IU/L and LH 1 IU/L dangerously low?* My testosterone is 13 nmol/l and estrodial is 120 pmol. I have been sedentary for years, especially these past 2 years due to quarantine. I’m 25, and 360lbs. I have lost 80lbs over the past 5 months and my testosterone increasing from 9 nmol to 13 nmol. I have been cutting out carbs, and eating lots of health fats and protein.
The normal range varies a bit from lab to lab, but the FSH seems okay. The LH is slightly low, but with a normal testosterone level that is of likely little importance. I think you're on the right track with weight loss.
@@DoctorEric Thank you. I was unsure as they were borderline low. I have noticed less semen in the past month, but I think it could be due to a calorie deficit. I’m eating basically a low carb carnivore diet except with a few things, lots of grass fed red meat, kangaroo meat, salmon, oysters, egg yolk, but also some berries and raw organic honey, cutting down on dairy, and polyunsaturated fats; and having less meals throughout the day to minimise insulin spikes.
My vitamin D is 119, so that’s good. I was at 15 almost 1.5 years ago. I’ve been doing 5000 IU vitamin D3 daily and 150mcg of Vitamin K2(M7).

Was on TRT a decade, came back with azoospermia. Sperm 0. FSH 1.8 and LH is .3. My testosterone at time was 682 ng/dl - irrelevant. Now on a journey to regain fertility. I've been off 1 month now. Not feeling great but taking everything and some. Had a kid before TRT so i know my body was capable when natural. Getting bloods done in a couple weeks for a low baseline and then follow up a couple of months after. What a geeat guinea pig i am.

I have severe Oligoasthenoteratozoospermia and just got blood results back. Everything was normal bar prolactin which was high. 445mU/L when the normal range is between 86-324. Any idea if there’s a quick fix ie medication?
There's a possibility of a prolactinoma, which is a benign type of tumor of the pituitary gland. That can be evaluated with an MRI. The other possibility, if the FSH is normal, would be an obstructive process.

Try tamoxifen for a 2 weeks
There's a high chance you have secondary hypogonadism. I had similar values at 24 years old. Last year @ 34 years old my testosterone was about 75 ng/dl. With this disease your numbers go down prematurely.

His numbers are consistent with a testicular cause. The significantly elevated FSH is a particularly poor prognostic marker for his fertility potential.

what about low prolactin levels what does that usually indicate?
