Thank you very much Doctor for this video. I'm diabetic and I suffer from Retrograde ejaculation. I tried Sudafed but I didn't work, which other medication can I try?

Sudafed is the standard treatment. If that wasn't successful some doctors will try imipramine or midodrine. If these aren't successful and you are trying to conceive then doing post-ejaculatory bladder washings to harvest sperm and then intrauterine insemination would be reasonable.

Typically this will require collecting sperm from the urine and using that sperm for intrauterine insemination. A local infertility clinic can guide you through that process.
