All I want is to be as happy as Mick is playing the drums.
I've been a huge fan of Mick since I was little.
I could watch him all day!!
He was the model for "Animal" in the Muppets!
snort bag after bag of booga sugar n you'll soon be as happy as ole Mick was back then.....
🎉❤😮😅
We'll hello your a fucking try hard druggie you fuck tosser. He was a brilliant drummer before he got into the powder so if you have any fucking brain's in your dumb fucking drug brain Of yours and that's why your version of trying to hit the drum's your kit is probably 6.ice cream. Tubs hey you fucking drug try hard. O.k. you wanker. 😂🎉
Christine was a treasure, we were blessed to have her RIP
This is peak musicianship, talent, songwriting and performance.. It doesn't get any better.
Exactly,I totally agree sir ,for music lovers is what we deeply enjoy by watching and listening to those sounds
This is a totally overwhelming performance from Mick Fleetwood. This is a solid lesson in how to play drums to each and every song.
Can we get some love for John McVie!! What an underrated bass player. Listen to those baselines
Yes Ty for that. Absolutely an amazing bass player. Maybe there’s was one song Christine wanted him to sing along to He did and said. If only my mommy can see me now ❤ John definitely got my heart
Amen!
He really looked like a session musician in this -- in the background, face covered by a featureless green ball cap.
Amen
John NEVER gets the credit he deserves as a bassist. Dude is just doing his thing and he's cool with that
Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham staring each other down during the last measures of Silver Springs is legendary.
You could see years of history coming back in both landslide and silver springs
Yup, still gives me chills.
They stared at each other quite a bit during this concert. I think they will always love each other.
I felt that shit during “you can go your own way”
There are no words to describe what they had...this performance of Silver Springs still gets me
September 2024 anyone???

Nope. All humans except yourself were replaced with ai controlled skinbags by Bill Gates in the Great Replacement. Enjoy being alone by yourself, pathetic human.
Here I´m!
yup!!
Stevie, Christina and Lindsay singing together is the perfect unique harmony. Nothing else like it
I do love them together and particularly here they are as good as anything I've heard, but I wouldnt say they are better at harmonising than the Beatles (John, Paul and George), or the Bee Gees (Barry Maurice and Robin). Probably at the top 3 for sure. Although, the female element does give them something different
The biggest compliment I can give them is that I would say they are better than the Jacksons, the Everly Bros and the Beach boys, though
@@Rowlph8888 I think better is just a matter of individual taste at this level. The acts you mentioned are all masters of their craft. There is a fantastic Country group called Little Big Town that remind me a lot of Fleetwood Mac in their sound. So unique. What a gift to the world all of them are. I really enjoy Fleetwood Mac.
@@melvinsmiley5295I agree, once you reach this level, it’s futile to attempt to crown “The Best.”
Facts.
Fact's
They seriously need to make a rock biopic movie about Fleetwood Mac. I mean, just imagine how amazing it would be. All the behind the scenes stuff going on combined with their music? It would be insane but oh so good. I would give anything to see this happen!
Daisy Jones and the six was kinda a biopic of Fleetwood it's on prime video
@Shawanda Jenkins
I appreciate the reply. However, I meant I would love to see a biopic that is "actually" about Fleetwood Mac, not very loosely based on. You know, with their real names & the real story that includes their actual songs. Similar to the movie "Bohemian Rhapsody."
FWIW, I mean no offense to your recommendation.
Yes, would be fantastic...

That ending hits differently now. Rest in peace, Christine McVie.
Mick's enjoyment level is definitely peaked at 100 the whole show. And I love it.
I love the way he hit the drums and never miss.
HIS EXHUBERANCE DANCE!
He just FEELS the music and I love it!!!!
I remember watching this back then and at itmes when camera was on Mick i was thinking....He was having flashbacks of the day when they were indulging in a few substances.....LOL
the music is 100 percent the drive...... the nutritional supplements take it to 150%

Anyone else cry watching and listening to Christine McVie sing Songbird to close? Wow! She had such a gentle spirit. I loved this concert! Thank you to @raphaelwellerson5114 for sharing this DVD. This was a real treat!☮️❤️🎶
Still loving this in 2024 and I watched it on tv back in 1997 😍🤩

RIP Christine McVie
Greetings from Germany
I love Christine
Me too, and they are still one of my all time favorite groups!
I have it on VHS and DVD.
Is there any doubt this is one of the GREAT live performances of all time. Fleetwood Mac at its peak!
Calling from 2024, just to say that this performance of especially Silver Springs is pure magic.
The connection between Lindsay and Stevie when they sing to each other is palpable. The chemistry is still there.
i’m cry
This is the reason I didn't see the last Fleetwood Mac show without Lindsey. No way no go
ABSOLUTELY AWESOME
@Valsjams67 and I am kicking myself I didn't get to make it to the On With The Show tour
Mesmerising in 1997.. still is in 2024 👌
the level of musicianship with these guys is over 9000. And this is a live performance! 10/10 perfect show. Those who were there that day is so blessed to have witness this performance in the flesh. Im so envious! X)
This kids.. is how it's done.
Write great songs that last 50 years then own them when you perform. ❤
My penpal was a baby lmao
That Big Love performance by Lindsey is so good. Such a underrated guitarist.
I agree. One of the best ever.
For me it was all about I'm So Afraid that really showed his talent.
My favorite guitar clip ever. His finger picking is criminally underrated. He's right there at the top of the heap.
Christine looks so elegant and serene, Stevie is still incredibly hot. Mick having a ball on the drums. Lindsey giving it everything. Seriously, can it ever get better than this?
You're correct! Magic totally ✌(from Jujuy,Argentina)
RIP Christine McVie! So talented and such a beautiful voice!
And the bassist is just there for the ride… 🍺
Then, add the USC Marching Band for Tusk...I would say no!
@@pieterjansenvanrensburg7322 riding those bass lines like a champ. McVie is considered one of the best ever
RIP Christine Mc Vie A beautiful talented woman !!!
As a black teenager growing up in the 70s our choice of radio stations were limited. So...listening to other stations is how I was introduced to most of their songs. Didn't know the name of the group until years later. Caught this performance watching channel 11, a PBS TV station in Chicago....I listen/look at the entire performance, at least, once a week...LOVE IT...Christine...BAD AS H*LL...❤❤❤
Christine McVie.....What a beautiful voice and amazing musician! The world was a better place for having you! RIP 🙏
I didn’t even know she passed on Nov 30, 2022 until I read your comment. “Say You Love Me” is a favorite Fleetwood Mac song of mine.
I’m still having a hard time getting over Christine 😔😔 I never will ❤ RIP CMV❤️
Everybody thinking at the beginning of the concert oh how nice for these guys to get back for a night and play their songs for everyone.
30 seconds in: Stevie and Londsay already staring eachother down on vocals and Mick havinga fucking orgasm playing the drums. They were all back in 1977.
perfect.
That really sums up Fleetwood Mac
i’m 58 i have been listening to to them since teenage and i love them still
Same! They were a huge part of my lonely teen life, and I love them still.
Remember watching this back in 97 and it still gives me chills to this day. What a band
They are all amazing as a band...Lindsay Buckingham has to be one of the most underrated guitarists (singer, songwriter)of all time.
How correct you are!! I agree with you 100%
Lindsey is an amazing guitar player, very passionate singer and player!
He IS the most underrated guitarist/singer of all time.
He's genuinely unbelievable. They're all brilliant but he's got mercurial talent.
He is and always has been one of the best. There are sounds he can make that even the guitar didn't know it could make.
“Songbird” brings me to tears, especially Christine now gone.😢
Me too!😢
Every song was a hit! Fleet wood Mac is timeless 2024 ❤
I'm glad this magic was captured at least once while they were all still with us. Those last few moments of "Silver Springs" were so palpable. Gives me goosebumps every time I see it. Also, the ending of "Landslide" was tear jerking.
Silver Springs in this version always brings tears into my eyes. But I could nevertheless listen to it eyery day.
Raise your hands if you're in 2023 and you still haven't ever broken the chain
Still here in 2024!
Wish I could have seen this concert😂
We will never break the chain... 🖤
I got this for Christmas in 1997 when I was 5. I’ve been part of the congregation ever since.
tasted it... bit it ..and then...
Christine McVie passed late last year and the other 3 are aging quickly - one of the best bands ever in spite of their internal issues. This was their best concert in my opinion
They literally sacrificed everything for the band and success !!!!!! Stevie never had children. But through it all they've survived....Always loved them. Their heyday was when i was in high school and yrs after....for me 73ish throughout the rest !!!!!! But i can't get over how if u love FWM and know of all their struggles within the band and life how Lindsey and Stevie constantly looked at each other throghout each song especially the ones that were about their relationship and ones written about what they personally were going through.....Stevie still sexy as HELL and they're like almost making goo goo eyes over each other while singing starring into each others eyes....... Lindsey is happily married at least back then and and not trying to even hook up w/ her but IMO NOTHING can compare to that
@@gbrown4x4 I think much of that was theatrics.... afterall they KNOW their own mythology. They were playing to it
I'd say some of their best writing was a product of those issues, not in spite of them.
Other 3??? You mean 4!!!
@@rickbengle7618 Yeah, I'll give it 50/50 theatrics vs. real emotions. There's no way some real feelings didn't slip in there, especially when Stevie & Lindsey were literally writing songs AT each other.
How can people watch this concert sitting down? I’d be dancing like crazy! Damn, what a band!!!!!
I wondered the same thing and I began to wonder if they were asked to stay seated due ti filming and cameras in the audience plus what was to come later with the marching band? But it really stood out how everyone was seated, I would think as a performer it would be strange to not have people up out of their seats and feeding off their energy.
I hate when people sit. I went to see Roxy Music and everyone was sitting. So sad.
Wow right!! I watch in amazement wondering if I lack culture as I am thinking get the eff out of your chair and dance on it!!
@@ellen7886 I think they cut some scenes off they keep saying thank you and have a good night when the show isn’t even over.

Buckingham's guitar playing and vocals are on point during this whole concert.
They just don't make music like this anymore.
What an outstanding bunch of muscians. Christine McVie and Stevie Nicks had just such great voices, complementing each others voices so damn perfect (plus Lindsey!!). John McVie to this day way too underrated as a bass player. Lindsey one of the best guitarist ever to step on stage and Mick, well, what is there to say, just look at his smile.

THANK YOU FLEETWOOD MAC (& Stevie Nicks solo) for aLL the Joy, Tears & Happiness you've brought to us for nearly 1/2 a Century! Personally helping me battle thru a lifetime of poor Health Hardships, Grueling multiple Surgeries + Recoveries, Mobility Challenges & the Never-ending widespread Intractable Pain. Living in Seclusion, imprisoned in a Hosp Bed at home for 26yrs now, since 40yo. Watching EVERY man eventually walk away, broken promises, unable to cope or help w. My struggles! "Landslide" has been my personal metaphoric song since 1975.

@Elusive Rainbow Thank you so very much for your kind words & also for taking the time to read my long comment. I can sincerely see that you have also struggled + that we've both relied a lot on Fleetwood Mac and Stevie Nicks as a soloist to help get us through the worst of the worst times. Never ceases to amaze me, to this day, when someone who doesn't know me personally gives compliments as nice as you have. It means so very much. What an incredible album. It came out when I was 17 and I instantly fell in love with this band. Silver Springs is of course legendary, but honestly every song is good. What a joy to listen to and watch this again and again.
Silver Springs my most favourite ❤
This live "The Dance" album/concert is AB-SO-LUTE-LY my favorite! I honestly play it EVERY time I drive or when I go into the office. I was watching Chicago's PBS channel 11 and caught this concert about 3 years ago...I actually had chills running through my body...FA-BU-LOUS...I'm soo happy Fleetwood Mac got together and performed this last concert, that I know of, and thrilled that I got and still have the chance to watch/listen to it as much as I want to!! ✌
What a life Fleetwood has had (goes for McVie too) ..... TWO exceptionally creative and influential bands, both commercially successful despite being of radically different genres, over many decades. Amazing.
Just pure magic. The whole concert. Lindsey is just perfection.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Amen to that!
So much talent.. so many different characters… so many broken hearts. Mick and John, the shadow bosses, each one in his own style… Christine’s finesse and sad eyes, and when Lindsay and Stevie look at each other… and when they kissed… Definitely an unparalleled band
Watch 'Bleed to love her' again in this video. It's not Stevie that Lindsey is looking at.
This is the best sounding concert I ever heard. Linsay Buckingham improved his guitar drastically over the years. The singers voices aren't over processed like in the original recordings. Everything is just better.
What a fitting tribute to a great singer/songwriter. I loved the whole concert but teared up when Christine sang Songbird at the end. RIP Christine McVie "the songbird".
Yeah. Such a sweet an beautiful song.
Mick Fleetwood is a fantastic drummer. I love watching him play.
Especially them BONGOS he’s a wild man!l love it❤❤❤
Lindsey great in the show from beginning to the end...the guitar solo in "I'm not afraid" is simply magnificent...pure genius. God bless you Lindsey!

You can hear the hate (when she wrote it all those years back)
I think nearly all of the songs from this performance are better than the studio versions… and that’s saying something with how phenomenal the studio versions are. Go Your Own Way, Landslide, Silver Springs, Tusk, Big Love etc all far outshine their studio counterparts.
