Don’t be fooled… these cars started everything having to do with speed and performance. Vic Edelbrock Sr was setting land speed records at 121 mph in 1941 with these exact cars! They were both ahead of their time and timeless. Thank you Hans and Stan!
Beautiful! The way it was originally,so many destroyed,hot rodded or hacked up. Just awesome to see all original,that is when you feel like your inside of ,Or seeing a time capsule!
@@ooohhenrybmblm over the last 15 years watched a Friend sort of resto mod a 68 skylark gs 400 with known 60thow on the O.D. purchased new by his grandfather and left to him. It was all original, now its not. Some improvement, yes. Still makes me sad and something I would not have done. Even tried to talk him out of it a few times but gave up. Still nice but it can never be all original again.
Lot of people swear, only for California, Arizona and Texas to find beautiful old cars in good condition, but in Oregon there are a lot of very nice cars often first owner cars and sometimes in much better condition than in other states, it's a lot less ; as a Frenchman; what I noticed in the USA.
Sadly from 2030 on all combustion cars including classics will be banned from public streets in entire EU and Scandinavia :-( In Germany the Green Peoples Party gave order to shorten fuel supply from 2025 on by reducing all conventional fuel stations to only one state operated central gas station per city or county. Now they want to slow down all the gas station fuel pumps from 20 litre per minute to 2 litre per minute...From 2027 on in the EU certain car spare parts will be banned too....as exhaust systems, turbo chargers and even some engine and gearbox oils...California and New York will do the same from 2027 on.... So no investments should be done in oil burning cars any longer....They even created a new kind of crime here, called emissions and smoke crime.

I bet Ford’s classic 50-60 year old cars today would be looked at the same way 20 or 30 years from now. Actually, I think that is the case right now.
