- Didn’t really want to buy a whole damn car but this deal was too good to pass. Big thanks to everyone who helped me search for an original 1932 roadster. And shoutout to my dad for letting me live at his house for the rest of my life so I could buy this. Yes, I’m still moving forward with the chassis I’ve been building. Just going to use the original body from this car instead of the Brookville. I’m sure this will upset some die-hard restoration folks, but I’ve accepted that I can’t please everyone.

My dad built two 1932 coupes. One in 1972 and another in the 1980s. He always said "start with the best car you can find".
dads will be dads lol,,,,,need more videos
you should bought a basket case, why mess up a good car
Congratulations and good for you for not worrying about everyone!
Maybe if you looked a little longer you might have got one in colour instead of the crappy black and white one 😂
Lucky you for getting an original 👍 with all the hard to find parts 😎
Great video! Congrats on a beautiful car acquisition!
Awesome congrats!
Awesome a great looking car
Can’t wait to see it hot rodded, making it your own. There is too many restored ones around.
...you're a bad ass! congratulations, sure it was a hefty investment, but it will be worth it in the end to have an all Henry Ford hot rod! Looking forward upcoming videos, keep up the good work!🤘
Thank you!
Oh hell yeah!!!
Carly what are you doing with all the stock parts?
AWESOME
Nice car for sure.
It sure is!
@@themoodyroadster hope to see more of it. I love seeing that craftsmanship in older cars.
I am confused. What happened to the car body you had in your first video from 11 months ago?
The body on that chassis was reproduction. I’m going to use the original Henry Ford body from this car and put it on the chassis I’m building
Time to body swap and get the Moody Roadster on the road.
Will you put the Brookville body back onto the original car to sell maybe?
Thats the plan!
Hmmmm, a DeLuxe Model 18 Roadster. Somebody had some cash to spend in depression wracked USA.
sure wish my wife liked to wrench on stuff.
Why is the video in black & white ,not color??
Hell, just please yourself and everyone else can take a hike girl.. They aren't taking care of your 3 Fs,so they don't count...
To butcher that gennie roadster is a sin ! Leave it be !
Lord forgive me
@@themoodyroadsterForgiveness is up to Henry Ford. Find a derelict to hot-rod. This is coming from a "dyed-in-the-wool" hot-rodder".
they sold it you can to anything you want i love it this will make a killer hot rod
