Maybe being a badass goes along with the name - or not. 😁 This Brooks has an amazing totally stock 2001 Saturn coupe. Single cam, automatic. Not sure I'd have traction problems at that track. The pavement looks so sticky that I'm afraid it would glue itself to the ground and not have enough power to move.

Mclaren and Porsche basically do the opposite what Tesla does. While Tesla overpromises and underdelivers, the other two just come up outta nowhere and deliver.
I bet the mfg claimed numbers are what it would do on the street and not a sticky drag track. Regardless, it's incredible!!
@@brianr754 I don't agree. Every car company base their numbers upon the drag strip. E.g. The numbers we see on Tesla's website are based on perfect conditions on the drag strip. This 765lt can easily pull off 9.5 on a normal street. This's incredible!!

Hopefully we will get to see what it does over the 1/2 mile distance. Some in this comment section think the 720s would be faster over the 1/2 mile. But I don't believe that's the case.

I like how the rear wing went up a little bit and was like “oh you want maximum speed” and it went back down
I assume it goes up to put downforce on the rear wheels to avoid wheel spin, then it goes down and activates warp speed. Truly amazing.
Well it exactly what you want an active wing to do really. Bit of extra wing to maximise traction then drop down for speed.

That the difference here. The McLaren is fast at the drag strip and even faster on a road track. I don’t care about price difference... you race what’s there.
There’s, also, the fact that the 765LT will have a higher top speed. Like any other supercar would destroy a plaid on anything that’s longer than a mile.
