I think you did a great job on this Toro Kyle. I didn't know if that belt would loosen up or not. But new belt, new blades. Good work. Looks excellent.
I remember some 30+ years ago when a neighbor was heating up the plastic on his riding mower and it was all shining again like magic!😎 Great job and the video is awesome dude.
Good to see young people getting their hands dirty- I have been working on lawn equipment for over 60 years- I have never bought an air filter for a lawn mower in my life
@@georgiafatboymowingandtrac7293 yeah, that would have looked better. But, in the end, it’s just a lawn mower that I’m trying to sell for a couple hundred dollars on Facebook marketplace
I have a 22 courage on my cub ztr 50 zero..I've replaced starter coils adjusted valves over the 7 yrs..It don't leak nothing..No smoking and I've never had to add oil..I pulled both trans and changed fluids in both with new cooling fans on both when I purchased it..Been a good mower..Go courage!😂That's a clean deck..Watchin.❤
I try really hard not to crank them but a few seconds I used primer bottle or spray Once I rebuilt carb I prime it with a bottle of gasoline for quick start Buying a new starter will wipe out the profit in a heartbeat 😊
None! I know these engines crack and leak, but I caught this one before the sump bolts backed out. Somewhere in the video you can see me tightening them on down.
I was very disappointed and watching you remove a carburetor claim to have cleaned it, but not show it hmmm and every time you go to start it time your spraying brake cleaner in it and instead of pulling the choke and it shows as you put a rebuilt carb on and used spray with the choke wide open?!?!! That was very disappointing not as experienced as I thought you were ! you should check your videos before you publish them just saying!

It's nice that you go step by step and show how you do the repairs, I learn so much love it.👍👍👍
Glad to hear that! You’re welcome!

My hands are dirty! Guilty as charged
Yes it's good to see young take advantage of their youth ..cuz it goes by fast! I'm 70.
@@gradyhernandez4699 thank you. I’m trying my best not to put it to waste!
Could you have waxed the bonnet and fenders and made it look better?

Thanks!!
Fantastic clean up job.
Thank you!
thats a cool little trick with the torch
Thanks! That trick works on almost any sun faded plastic
@@KylebythecreekCool thanks
Nice job, thank you for sharing :)
You’re welcome! I’m looking forward to making more videos
shut the hell up
I love your work and channel!
Thank you very much! It’s been a lot of fun so far. I’m looking to keep the channel growing. So, thanks for the support!
Nice work looks great. I thought for sure that starter was bad to my surprise it was
The Solenoid. No problem selling that one.🙏🏻
Your definition of restored differs from mine! 😆
Tell me what you think!
@@Kylebythecreek Restored: OEM the way it looked when it first came off the production line. This is more like it'll be fine !
@@a.c.m.e.ink.4568 got it. Yeah, the work I do is certainly not oem
Can’t make a profit doing that and if you are keeping it then I fix everything i possibly can for long term use 😊
Good determination
The torch works for certain types of plastic so be careful with the plastic
Thanks!
@@Kylebythecreek your welcome young man 👍😎 and keep up the amazing work on the mowers and other things that you are working on

I work on these
Burnt cylinder oil works great in leaking tires also
Kyle...can you show Before and After pics....Please...!!
Kyle you gained a new sub
Thanks so much for the support!
Another good one Kyle, and some guys don’t show their face, I wonder
Rock on my good man!!!
Thank you!
I wouldn't bypass the seat switch on a mower I was going to sell. But my own, I always bypass them. 😅
Thank you for letting me know
Looked good.
Thanks!
Heat on the red paint will work like it does on stadium seats.
I've got an antique John Deere with electric start single blade riding mower
Nice work!Nice quad!
What year is that quad?
1997 Suzuki Quadrunner 250
bro 30 min with some maguires cutting compound and a drill with a sponge wheel on it would make that paint new again
Thanks for the tip!
Do you leave the trans fluid in the tire or wait 'til it seals the leak and drain most of it out?
I leave it in
I've never heard of using ATF to stop leaks. How does that not just seep out the hole ?
ATF expands rubber. It works great to expand the rubber tie and close the crack or leak in the tire- just as long as it’s a rather small leak
See you have the trusty gl500 there. Have 2 here.
Yes I do! It’s my first bike. I’m just getting into riding and I love it, and the GL500 is awesome
Thirty-two bucks for an air filter that cost 75 cents to make in china, that sounds about right.
Yep!
No oil leaks?
None! I know these engines crack and leak, but I caught this one before the sump bolts backed out. Somewhere in the video you can see me tightening them on down.
Piss on the people who want to down talk you your doing good
Thanks Alan. I’m confident in my work!
I yaket for right price
