alone but (not) lonely... why I like being by myself

- for the past few weeks I have been feeling a need and desire to be by myself and read and go outside and go on walks. I don't know why exactly but being around people (even around people you like) can be hard for me sometimes. maybe some of you can relate.

i'm 28 now and i've felt the way you talk in the beginning about relationships for a lot of my life. but the older i've got the more i've realised there are a lot of people in the world who value quiet, slowness and "unexciting" personalities. plus the way we each find enjoyment and excitement is so subjective; for me it's increasingly become talking to someone about a book or a film i like. i'm sure as you move through life you'll find yourself drawn to likeminded people and realise how much they value your unique outlook on the world. lovely vlog!
I definitely agree! As I get older and grow, I find out more and more which people I want to surround myself with and just about my priorities in life I guess. Thank you for the kind comment!

Your videos make me feel safe and comforted. You just have that vibe about you. I dont think your friends hang out with you and think about how they would rather spend time with someone more fun. You are a harbour, a warm cup of tea. I think they enjoy that

Such a beautiful video. I wish I could relate, I used to feel so great by myself but now It feels really hard. You seem like such a peaceful person. I wouldn't worry about your friends not wanting to hang out because of the reasons you said. Do what you need for yourself, its ok to be you :) Your friends are your friends because of who you are. I think you're really cool.
