- We are a Korean family living in Philippine Province. Our Filipino neighbor gave us young jackfuit langka and we cooked it into filipino food ginataang langka. We happily shared the Philippine dish we made and it was wonderful!

Put some oil on your fingers and on the knives/plates you use while cooking jackfruit to reduce the stickiness. Try using shrimps next time or mix it with the pork.

the secret to avoid getting it too sticky is to apply cooking oil on the knife and on your hands before starting peeling off the jackfruit. it helps saving you time cleaning your hands and the knife after peeling and slicing them.
You can also add Jack fruit with Filipino Faijoada or KBL, kadyos+baboy+langka
