We always cook lechon kawali but always put just salt when boiling the belly, but I will certainly try to add more like garlic laurel pepper corn and onion

My favorite sawsawan of lechon kawali is lots of chopped garlic in cane vinegar with a bit of black pepper and salt. Try it, it's the best!

honestly I don't like Korean base on my experience with working with my former Boss always shouting even I'm not in fault but this couple change my perspective about Koreans same with Filipino not all nice... but this coupl I think I can get close with them very down to earth and can adopt to different cultures. I was worried and concerned about safety, did affected by eruption mt.kanlaon volcano?
They're a bit far from the volcano. Maybe some more dust in the air but it's not really blowing this far south. If it makes up to higher alert level, that's when it might be a little dangerous. It's also just phreatic explosion for now. Might be a bit difficult to get quality vegetables in the coming months though, and maybe a couple more goods are going to increase in prices. The SO2 might be a bit troubling but it's not that bad compared to Taal before the pandemic. The ones near the volcano are more at risk for now.
