@@alexanderdcdeflorenne4798 Racism can easily be positive, since the technical and functional definition of racism is singling out an individual or race of individuals because of a physical, cultural, or economic stereotype or tendency. Here's a good example: If I was to say "black people like fried chicken"; it isn't inherently degrading or demeaning to black people UNLESS I followed it up with "because they're too poor to make anything else" or something along those lines. That exact same statement can be transformed into a POSITIVE and uplifting or encouraging message by following it with "because they know how to make fried chicken better than anyone else on this planet!"

The wind noise reduction is phenomenal! I wish it applied this filter even during phone calls because wind noise picked by the voice calling mic is the biggest problem I face while I am walking and talking with these on.

Literally all other TH-camrs like MKBHD, iJustine, etc either didn’t know about it or didn’t include it in their videos. I watched this video thinking most of these features would be stuff I already knew, but this was actually very useful. Thank you!

I can't thank you enough for this video! I learned way more from watching this than reading the official Sony manual. I've never used a pair of noise cancelling headphones before so this was my first pair. I already knew about most of the features but after reading the "manual" that came with them I only sort of understood how to use about half of them. The noise cancelling features weren't even mentioned apart from 4 obscure QR codes, which lead to videos that told me the functions excisted but not how to fully use them. ("Press this button to do this!" Eh, ok... that button does like 5 different things, how long should I press it?) I need precise directions damnit, Sony! :P
So in light of that, this video gave me some very direct and to the point instructions that was incredibly helpful for me! Thank you again!

This is a very helpful video i must say!! Cant wait to get mine in tomorrow! Its nice to know some tips and tricks that way i can adjust them to my liking more quickly. One question though since these will be my first "pro" headphones that have their own app and dedicated EQ, since my phone has "Dolby atmos" sound and i use its custom EQ, do i have to turn off one EQ to use the other? I dont want to cause any type of distortion by having the bass in both EQ's on by accident.

Hi guys. Great video!!! There is one moment! To use the LDAC codec, you need to disable multiconnect (it works that way on the Samsung S8+)

Great information and useful tips and a detailed and comprehensive review with very useful suggestions specially the un-necessary FW upgrade and sharing some hidden features with in the Sony app like wind noise reduction that I didn’t even know existed.
I agree with what you said about the white XM4 Silent model and the fact that they could easily get tarnished and smudged but could not resist the pure white color and it’s exclusivity even though I already have the black XM3 and a beige XM4 ! then again I am always very careful with my headsets and not rough when using them
Thanks again for your time and collaboration in providing an interesting and engaging review.

Hahaha I love the "let the guinea pig user...test them first" Thank you!! I am getting my first Sony XM4 tomorrow and I will subscribe to your channel right now. The 2 finger deactivation and activation of speak-to-chat is great!!

Hi guys, good video, thnx for the tips! 1 question. How do you solve the problem of cracking sound when switching between laptop (microsoft teams) and phone (android)? It sometimes takes a long time to get to normal audio again. Thnx in advance for your help!
